life, middle school student have many problems, likes the decline of physical health and the continuous rise of mental sub-health.In view of this, this study investigates the physical and mental health status of adolescents in four districts of Shanghai, understands and discusses the relationship between adolescents' physical healthy and metal health, and provides scientific reference and theoretical basis for improving the development of adolescents' physical and most health.Research object and methodIn this study, randomly selected 4290 students aged 13-18 in Shanghai(Changning,Putuo,Songjiang and Fengxian),including 2201 boys and 2089 girls. The main methods to obtain data in this study were questionnaire survey, physical fitness test,chi-square test and other statistical methods to compare in different sex, school stage, nutritional status and regions;Through the physical fitness index(PFI)was divided to healthy and unhealthy physical fitness, and the mental sub-health status and different dimensions of mental sub-health of middle school students in different physical fitness conditions are compared and analyzed; To explore the relationship by Logistic regressions model,P < 0.05.Research results(1)Mental sub-health status of middle school students in Shanghai1)Gender: the detection rates of boys in the three dimensions of mental sub-health symptoms and status, emotional sub-health,conduct sub-health and social adaptation sub-health are 30.6%,19.4%,26.2%,26.5% and 14.5%respectively;In addition, the detection rates of the three dimensions of mental sub-health are 28.2%,25.0% and 16.1%.respectively,The detection rate of girls' conduct sub-health was lower than that of boys(1.5%),while other rates are higher than boys(0.7%,1.9%,2% and 1.6% respectively).(1)Mental sub-health status of middle school students in Shanghai2)In terms of learning stage, the detection rates of the five dimensions of mental sub-health symptoms, state, emotional sub-health,conduct sub-health and social adaptation sub-health of junior middle school students were 31.9%,24.8%,33.2%,26.2% and 19.0% respectively; The detection rates of five specific indicators of senior high school students were 29.3%,16.7%,22.3%,25.4% and 12.3% respectively; The detection rates of junior middle school students were higher than those of senior high school students(2.6%,8.1%,10.9%,0.8% and 6.7% respectively). There were significant differences in the three dimensions of mental sub-health symptoms and status and mental sub-health(P < 0.05).3)Nutritional status: the detection rates of five specific indicators in the weight loss group were 25.8%,23.1%,29.0%,22.0% and 15.1%respectively;The detection rates of normal group were 30.8%,20.1%,26.4%,25.8% and 15.0%,respectively;The detection rates of overweight and obesity were 31.8%,21.0%,27.2%,27.4% and 18.8% respectively. The overweight and obesity group had the highest detection rates of mental sub-health symptoms, conduct sub-health and social adaptation sub-health,which were31.8%,27.4% and 18.8% respectively; The detection rates of mental sub-health and emotional sub-health in the weight loss group were the highest,23.1% and 29.0% respectively.4)In terms of region, the detection rates of five specific indicators of urban adolescents were 29.5%,19.4%,26.0%,28.3% and 14.4% respectively; The detection rates of suburban adolescents were 33.8%,20.7%,27.7%,24.8% and 15.7% respectively. The detection rate of conduct sub-health in suburban students was lower than that in urban students(3.5%),and the detection rate of psychological sub-health symptoms, psychological sub-health status, emotional sub-health and social adaptation sub-health was higher than that in urban students(4.3%,1.3%,1.7% and 1.3%,respectively).There was significant difference in conduct sub-health(P < 0.05).(2)A comparative study on physical health of middle school students with different psychological conditions1)Comparison of physical fitness indexes of middle school students with different psychological conditionsOn the whole, boys' non mental sub-health and mental sub-health pull-up scores were 4.01 and 3.94 respectivelys; The results for standing-long-jump are 206.06 centimeters and 203.93 centimeters respectively, the sitting-forward-flexion are 9.83 and 9.48 centimeters, the 50 meter running results were 7.84 s and 7.91 s respectively, and the 1000 meter running results were 4.27 and 4.33 points respectively. The results of girls' mental sub-health and mental sub-health standing long jump were 166.99 cm and 165.60 cm respectively; The results of sit ups were 38.60 and 37.22 respectively; The results of forward flexion in sitting position were 16.46 centimeter and15.80 centimeters respectively; The results of 50 meter race were 9.02 s and9.12 s respectively; The results of 800 meter race were 3.87 and 3.91 respectively.2)Comparison of PFI among middle school students with different psychological conditionsFor boys, the detection rate of mental sub-health in healthy physical fitness group was 18.9%,and that in unhealthy physical fitness group was19.9%;For girls, the detection rate of mental sub-health in healthy physical fitness group was 19.7%,and that in unhealthy physical fitness group was23.3%.(3)Logistic regression analysis of physical health and mental sub-health of middle school studentsIn general, the detection rates for mental health in girls is 1.139 times higher than that in boys(95% CI = 0.978 ? 1.327);The detection rates for mental health in the lean group was 0.953 times higher than the normal group(95% CI = 0.612 ? 1.484);The detection rate of mental sub-health in overweight and obesity group was 1.148 times higher than that in normal group(95% CI = 0.853 ? 1.544);The detection rate of mental sub-health of adolescents with unhealthy physical ability is 1.472 times that of adolescents with healthy physical ability(95% CI = 1.252?1.733).,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The detection rate of mental sub-health in suburban middle school students is 1.076 times higher than that in urban middle school students(95% CI = 0.908 ? 1.276).The detection rates for mental health of junior middle school students are 1.644 times higher than for senior high school students(95% CI = 1.415 ? 1.910),with significant difference(P < 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)The detection rate of psychological sub-health status of junior high school students in Shanghai was significantly higher than that of high school students, and the detection rate of psychological sub-health symptoms of adolescents in the overweight and obese groups was higher than that in the normal group and the emaciated group; The detection rate of sub-health of secondary school students in suburban areas is lower than that of secondary school students in urban areas.(2)Non-psychological sub-health secondary school students have better physical fitness indicators than psychological sub-health middle school students. In the female area, the detection rate of mental sub-health in unhealthy physical groups was higher than that in healthy physical groups, and unhealthy physical fitness was a risk factor for mental sub-health conditions.
