Objective: By comparing the differences in data and the advantages and disadvantages in organization of the third-party and school students' physical health test,this paper reflects the accuracy of current students' physical health test results and the organizational characteristics of the third-party test,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of students' physical health test,obtaining more accurate test data and reflecting the real physical health level of students.Methods: Comparative analysis and mathematical statistics were used to conduct a comparative analysis on the physical health test between the third party and the school students,the numerical span between the difference between the school and the third party and the national physical health standard,and the physical health average of the primary and secondary school students aged 7-18 years old in the bulletin of the national physical health monitoring of the school,the third party and 2014.The third-party testing organization was interviewed by the interview method and the school and the third-party testing site were inspected by the onthe-spot investigation method.The reason for the data difference between the two testing methods,the magnitude of the difference and which testing method is more suitable for primary and secondary school students.Results:(1)there were significant differences between the third party and the average values of physical form,physical function and physical quality of primary and secondary school students tested by school physical health test(p<0.05).The body shape,body function and physical quality of primary school students tested by the third party are higher than those of school students in terms of body weight,body mass index,flexibility,strength,speed and endurance.Middle school students' height,agility and strength of girls are lower than the school tests.(2)The mean value of the difference between the body shape values of the primary and secondary schools tested by the third party and the school is larger and is larger than the minimum span value between the values corresponding to different scores in the National Standard for Physical Health of Students,while the mean value of the difference of various indexes of physical function and physical quality is larger than the maximum span value,and the range between the minimum value and the maximum value of the difference is larger,and the difference value is larger The median value is large,and the number of people with small difference is small.(3)Compared with the average value of various test indexes of primary and secondary school students aged 7-18 years old in the 2014 national physique monitoring bulletin,the thirdparty height,weight and vital capacity of primary school students,the 50-meter test results of schools are closer to the national average value,the third-party test results of male students in grades 3-6,female students in grades 1-2 and female students in grades 3-6 are closer to the national average value,and the test duration of the third-party 50*8 of primary school students is higher than the national average value and higher than the school test.Middle school students' third-party height and weight,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,pull-up/sit-up results are higher than the national average,standing long jump,50 m,1000m/800 m are lower than the national average,and the third-party test results of most indexes in middle school are closer to the national average.(4)In the testing process,the third party unified intelligent testing instruments and professional testing personnel,centralized testing schemes,automatic generation of testing data,big data analysis system,testing instruments of our school,testing by our physical education teachers,school's own arrangement of testing schemes,loose testing,manual recording,sorting and uploading of data,and no later service.Third parties are more efficient than schools.Conclusions:(1)There are differences between the third-party test and the school test in terms of body shape,body function and physical quality data.Therefore,the monitoring of test quality should be strengthened.(2)The difference between the body shape of primary and secondary school students tested by schools and the third party exceeds the minimum span value between different values of the index in the national standards for students' physical health.The difference between the body function and physical quality exceeds the maximum span value,and the range between the minimum value and the maximum value of the difference value is large,which seriously affects the score evaluation and grade judgment of students' physical health test.(3)The body shape,body function and physical quality of primary and secondary school students tested by the third party are higher and closer to the national average.(4)Third-party testing is better than school testing in terms of testing instruments,testing personnel,testing schemes,testing implementation,data reporting,etc.It is more suitable and can truly reflect students' physical health.
