Colleges and universities aerobics teaching strategy is mainly refers to the teachers to achieve the teaching goal,enable students to aerobics efficient acquisition of complete sets of movements,according to the learning situation,environment facilities and other relevant conditions,the teaching and research method of many factors,such as screening,the design,the use of can fully mobilize students study enthusiasm,improve students' sport skills and comprehensive quality and ability of body a kind of highly efficient in aerobics teaching plan.In the teaching of complete sets of calisthenics in colleges and universities,the selection and application of teaching strategies plays a crucial role in the acquisition of students' complete sets of calisthenics.However,through a large number of research results,it is found that most of the literature on the acquisition of complete sets of calisthenics movements in colleges and universities focuses on the elaboration of the factors affecting the acquisition of calisthenics movements and the relevant teaching Suggestions,lacking of effective experimental verification.In the aspect of calisthenics teaching strategy design,scholars at home and abroad only focus on promoting students' physical and mental development.In the reality in colleges and universities aerobics teaching,based on colleges and universities aerobics elective course teaching period of restrictions and the durance of teaching strategies,and because of complete action,change of aerobics,complex technology,students in the classroom teaching aerobics complete action acquisition effect is poor,and after class teaching time delay effect to little effect.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the effects of different teaching strategies on the acquisition of complete sets of calisthenics for female students in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and experiment to take three female aerobics elective classes in the freshman year of fudan university as the experimental subjects.The data before and after the experiment were compared by paired sample t-test,the data between the two groups after the experiment were compared by independent sample t-test,and the data between the three groups were compared by one-way test of variance,so as to find out the differences between the data and the existing relationship,which was used as the basis for the analysis and description of this experiment.The experimental teaching content is the self-written aerobics routine used by fudan university for 13 years,the music is Kisskiss,the speed is 20-24 beats / 10 seconds,the music is often 1 minute 37 seconds.The following conclusions are obtained through experiments: Conclusion:1.Different teaching strategies have no obvious promoting effect on the reidentification of declarative action materials by college girls,but have obvious promoting effect on the retelling of procedural action sets by girls.2.The optimization of traditional teaching strategies at the stage of action cognition can effectively improve the acquisition speed of complete sets of calisthenics movements for female students in colleges and universities,which is manifested in the remarkable improvement of students' ability of retelling new movements in the experimental class.3.The optimization of traditional teaching strategies in the movement formation stage can effectively improve the quality of female students' calisthenics sets of movements acquisition in colleges and universities,which is reflected in the fact that students in the experimental class have obvious improvement in the total score of skill test,the correctness of movements and the aesthetics of movements.4.The optimization of traditional teaching strategies in the movement maintenance stage can effectively enhance the maintenance effect of female aerobics sets of movements in colleges and universities,and the teaching method optimization and learning supervision maintenance effect are more significant in the teaching strategies.5.Different teaching strategies all contain methods that are conducive to the acquisition of movement,and the promotion effect of movement metaphor,movement inspection and movement repetition is better.Only teaching method optimization in teaching strategy is helpful to enhance students' interest,while teaching method optimization and learning supervision in teaching strategy can help students acquire the whole set of actions efficiently.
