With the development of society, people have to face more and more challenges, especially for university students. They have to spend much time studying, but they also need to think of their future. So more and more students suffer in sub-health state. In order to improve the condition, we take an aerobics intensive teaching in female students and observe its effect. In the paper,a sub-health group, which screened from female students by questionnaire in HeBei North University has been selected. During the study, the sub-health group that was given an intensive teaching of aerobics and some indexes like SDS,SAS,F-14,PSQI, SRSHS has been selected to evaluate and analyze the effect of the aerobics education. The result is that the intensive teaching of aerobics can improve some symptoms of sub-health,the details is:1.In sub-health female students, after the intensive teaching of aerobics,32.18%of the population resumed.Their SRSHS has changed from 54.75±14.64 to 44.14±13.75 averagely.2.The intensive teaching of aerobics can improve the population's depression remarkably.Their SDS has changed from 17.98±8.15 to 12.66±7.11 averagely.3.The intensive teaching of aerobics can relax mental fatigue effectively.Their FS-14 and MF-6 have changed from 6.21±3.02 and 1.83±1.31 to 4.31±3.05 and 0.88±1.37 averagely.4.The intensive teaching of aerobics can improve the quality of sub-health female students' sleeping.According to their own feelings, they think there is really a great change in sleeping, and the latent period of sleeping is greatly shortened, the efficiency of sleeping improves remarkably.5.The intensive teaching of aerobics can't change their anxiety and physical fatigue,in this study, and it also can't prolong their sleeping time.
