The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of rope skipping HIIT on the physical fitness of girls in senior high school based on the principle of enhancing students' physical fitness,so as to provide a time-saving and efficient exercise form and practical reference for the design of physical exercise or warm-up part of school physical education.Research methods:(1)literature method: mainly referring to the literature of China HowNet.(2)Experimental method: 40 high school girls(20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group)took rope skipping HIIT intervention for 12 weeks,three times a week,15-20 minutes each time in the experimental group;there was no rope skipping HIIT intervention in the control group,and observed the changes of healthy physical fitness test indexes of girls in the experimental group before and after the experiment,and the changes of healthy physical fitness test indexes in the experimental group compared with the control group.(3)Mathematical statistics: spss20.0 was used to analyze the experimental data.(4)Logical analysis.Results: 12 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group:(1)in terms of physical function,the experimental group showed a highly significant difference in lung capacity index,the control group showed a significant difference in lung capacity index,after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group showed a significant difference in lung capacity index,that is,rope skipping HIIT exercise can significantly improve girls' lung capacity performance.(2)In terms of cardiopulmonary endurance,there was a high significant difference in 800 m performance in the experimental group and no significant difference in the control group,that is,rope skipping HIIT could significantly improve cardiopulmonary endurance.(3)In terms of speed and explosive power,there was a highly significant difference in50 m and standing long jump in the experimental group;there was no significant difference in 50 m performance in the control group,and standing long jump showed a significant difference;after the experiment,there was a significant difference in standing long jump performance between the experimental group and the control group,that is,rope skipping HIIT training could significantly improve 50 m and standing long jump performance.(4)In terms of muscle strength and endurance,the experimental group has a highly significant difference in sit up performance;the control group has no significant difference in sit up performance,that is,this intervention can significantly improve sit up performance.(5)In terms of flexibility,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(6)In the aspect of balance ability,there was a high significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:(1)rope skipping HIIT training can improve many healthindexes of high school girls' healthy physical fitness;(2)rope skipping HIIT training can effectively promote the development of cardiopulmonary fitness,lower limb muscle fitness,waist,abdomen and back strength,balance fitness,and has no good promoting effect on body flexibility and weight reduction;(3)rope skipping HIIT training can be used as girls' daily exercise The form of exercise.(4)Rope skipping HIIT can significantly improve physical fitness.According to its characteristics of short time and high efficiency,it can be used as a form of physical training in school physical education.
