High intensity intermittent training(High Intensity Interval Training,HIIT)is one of the most popular fitness methods.HIIT is a kind of training mode with intermittent alternation,high exercise intensity and short time.Among them HIIT the influence of physical fitness has been widely concerned.Therefore,under the limited training time of senior high school students,how to improve the physical quality of contemporary students through physical education,without destroying the main part of physical education,to develop and find more ways to improve students’ physical quality.This paper discusses the influence of HIIT on physical fitness of high school students in the warm-up of physical education.Experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study the physical fitness of high school students HIIT 8 weeks of warm-up training.Two classes were divided into 66 high school students to intervene HIIT warm-up.The following indexes were tested before and after the experiment,including vital capacity,800 meters,1 minute supine,grip strength,height and weight,sitting forward flexion,4×10 meters reentry and 50 meters run,standing long jump,one foot standing,two feet continuous jump and so on.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.Results :(1)Cardiovascular fitness,After eight weeks of intervention,The 800 meters and vital capacity of the experimental group were significantly improved,The improvement is greater.(2)Muscle fitness,After eight weeks of intervention,Experimental group grip strength,1 min supine sit-up have significant improvement;And the control group changed on min 1 sit-up,Among them,experimental group 1 min supine sit-up performance improved to a greater extent.(3)In terms of flexibility,After eight weeks of intervention,The forward flexion of the sitting position of the experimental group was significantly improved,The improvement is greater.(4)Body composition,After eight weeks of intervention,Significant weight loss in the experimental and control groups,The weight loss of the experimental group was greater.(5)In sports fitness,after 8 weeks of intervention,there were significant improvement in 50 meters,selective reaction time,standing long jump,continuous jump of both feet and 4×10 m reentry,closed eyes and standing on one foot.(6)Programme feedback,After eight weeks of intervention,The experimental group had good feedback on the content setting,intensity and load setting and popularization,Recommend popularization and curriculum.Conclusion and suggestion :(1)after 8 weeks of HIIT warm-up,there were significant differences between healthy body fitness and exercise fitness in the experimental group.(2)After routine warm-up,the control group had significant difference in body weight and 1minute supine.(3)In weight loss,HIIT warm-up is significantly better than conventional warm-up.(4)Consideration could be given to recommending HIIT warm-up in high school physical education to improve physical fitness.(5)It is recommended that high schools take HIIT warm-up as an exercise HIIT warm-up.(6)The research scale of this study is small,expand the research scale and object,carry on the deep step research.
