Research Objectives: In the current middle school students' physical quality decline year by year in our country's actual background,to enhance the quality of middle school students,optimization of middle school students' physical health class,insight into the rope skipping exercise on middle school students' health-related physical fitness for middle school students and the impact on physical exercise,sports health curriculum implementation to provide a more safe and effective way,this study as a tool to skip the physical activity intervention,in order to promote the physical capacity of secondary students and to procure the biological capacity of gymnasium physical education curriculum renewal,this paper conducted as an experimental study on skipping exercise intervention for 16 weeks to some middle school students.Research methods: The research methods used were analysis of literature,experimentation method,mathematical statistical analysis,logical analysis and expert interview.8 2nd grade students of Nanjing Dongshan Foreign Language School were randomly selected as subjects,and 4 of them were randomly selected into the experimental group and the other 4 group students were classified into the control group.For each group randomly selected 15 males and30 females as an experimental group,and a total of 240 subjects were randomly selected.Through 16 weeks skipping exercise intervention to the experimental group of middle school students health-related physical fitness experiment research,according to the experimental plan and requirements of the health fitness index screening,measurement.Results :(1)through experimental research,rope skipping was found to have a more comprehensive and significant impact on the health-related physical fitness capability of secondary school students.(2)With regard to body composition,the height,weight and body fat percentage of the pilot group and the control group of upper secondary school pupils group were significantly changed by skipping exercise intervention at 16 weeks.(3)16-week skipping exercise intervention significantly improved the lung capacity and 1000m/800 m exercise effect of junior middle school students in the experimental group.(4)The 16-week skipping rope workout intervention has a significant enhancements on speed and explosive force indices of high school students in the testing group compared to the pre-experimentals period.(5)The intervention of skipping exercise at 16 weeks had a significant effect on muscle strength and endurance index of middle school students in the experimental group,and the results of grip strength,back strength and flexural arm suspension of middle school students in the experimental group were significantly improved.(6)The intervention of 16-week skipping exercise did not significantly improve the flexibility index of middle school students in the experimental group.(7)Skipping exercise intervention at 16 weeks significantly improved the balance ability index of middle school students in the experimental group.Conclusion :(1)Rope skipping has positive and comprehensive influence on the health and physical fitness of middle school students.(2)Rope skipping plays an extremely significant role in improving the balance ability of middle school students.(3)Rope skipping does not need to spend a lot of time every day to improve the health-related fitness of middle school students and the void required to organize rope jumping is in relative terms low.Using skipping rope can be a modality to encourage students to improve the effectiveness of physical activity in motion education and health classes.
