Objective: Walking is becoming more and more popular in mass sports, even part of the exercise is the only choice of sports.A truly scientific sport requires not only aerobic exercise, but also resistance movement. But the combination of resistance exercise will give up the exercise because of the long exercise time and the changing training load. And the pressure training is just one kind of movement means which can promote the muscle strength in the process of walking wellMethods:Select Twenty-six female college students(age:(20.5 ±0.5)years;height:(169.5 ±6.2)cm;weight:(52.4 ±4.5)Kg;were divided into A(walking),B(walking resistance exercise),C(pressure resistance).Isokinetic muscle correlation index and pwc170 index were measured by Con-trex isokinetic test / training system and Monark power bicycle. After six weeks of training, isokinetic muscle strength and pwc170 index were obtained before and after training.Spss17,one-way ANOVAwas used to analyze the differences among the three groupsResults: The results showed that in group B and C,the muscle quality of group B and C was significantly higher than that of group A,and the effect of extensor muscle training was better than that of flexor muscle training, and the effect of flexion muscle in group C was better than that in group C,and the pwc170 index was improved in all three groups, and the improvement in group C was greater than that in group C.Conclusion:(1)the peak torque of walking combined with resistance group and pressure walking group was better than that of walking group.(2)the power performance of walking resistance group and pressure walking group was better than that of walking group.(3)the corresponding angle of peak torque and the ratio of peak torque of flexion and extensor muscle in walking group and pressure walking group were higher than those in walking group.(4)the pwc170 index was improved in all three groups. The pressure walking group will have better training effect than the walking group.
