College physical education shoulders the important task of healthy development and consolidation of students' physique.It has a long-term guiding significance for students to go to the society and improve their physical literacy in the future.In order to better promote the physical exercise of college students,the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on strengthening school physical education to promote the overall development of students' physical and mental health in 2016,which pointed out that it is required to strengthen extracurricular exercise and improve the system of students' physical exercise.The school should include the extracurricular physical activities of students in the school into the teaching plan,the schedule of work and rest,and the teaching content of physical education In order to ensure the implementation of one hour campus sports activities every day.In view of the current situation of "negative treatment of students" in the extracurricular exercise of college students in China,some colleges and universities take the way of "running punch card" to urge students to strengthen physical exercise.The measurement of body composition can reflect people's recent participation in sports and nutritional status,and its rationality is an important early factor in determining and affecting human health.Some studies have pointed out that reasonable sports can improve the proportion of body composition.With the help of body composition evaluation index to evaluate college students' health status,physical strength level,reflect physical obesity and observe the effect of physical exercise,it can objectively reflect the effectiveness of the promotion measures and exercise methods adopted by the school.According to the promotion measures of the school,through the test of the students' body composition and other relevant indicators,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the traditional attendance methods of extracurricular physical exercise by artificial punch and mobile app punch,and understands the changes of the students' body composition under the two punch and attendance methods with the management of extracurricular physical exercise,and compares the influence of the two different attendance methods on the students' body composition And to explore the effect of physical exercise supervision under two different attendance methods.At the same time,through the investigation of the extracurricular physical exercises of the school students who punch in the card manually and the school students who punch in the mobile app,this paper discusses the attitude of the students to the punch in way,demonstrates whether the students' physical exercise attitude and behavior habits are affected by the punch in the extracurricular physical exercises,finds out the problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.By using the methods of literature,measurement,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper selects one school that uses artificial punch in extra-curricular physical exercise and one school that uses mobile app to punch in,including Fu Dan University(50 boys and 46 girls),Shanghai University of Finance and Economics(52boys and 43 girls),a total of 191.Research results: 1)There was no significant difference between the physical composition indexes of the school students using manual punch and mobile app punch after the implementation of punch in the first semester of freshman's extracurricular physical exercise(P > 0.05).With the implementation of the system of extracurricular physical exercise,after two semesters of punch in,the differences of some indexes of body composition between the school using manual punch in and the school using mobile app punch in gradually show.There were significant differences between boys and girls in the two indexes of fat content and body fat rate(P < 0.05),between boys in the two schools in the two indexes of soft lean body weight and BMI(P < 0.05),and between girls in the two schools in the index of waist hip ratio(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in body weight and basal metabolic rate between the two schools(P > 0.05).Whether using artificial or mobile app to supervise extracurricular physical exercise,the five indexes of students' weight,fat amount,soft and thin weight,body fat rate,BMI have significant changes,waist hip ratio and basic metabolic rate have changes,but there is no significant difference in statistical significance.2)The body composition of students of different genders also changed in different degrees under the two kinds of punch cards,and the change range of each index of body composition of boys was larger than that of girls.Boys' body weight,soft lean body weight content,body mass index and basic metabolic rate changed more than girls' body weight,body fat rate and waist hip ratio.3)There are differences between the two ways of management in students' extracurricular physical exercises.Firstly,the school students who punch in with mobile app prefer physical exercises more than those who punch in by hand.The former is more active in physical exercises than the latter.Secondly,the mobile app school students are higher than the artificial school in the aspects of exercise duration,exercise intensity and exercise frequency.Finally,compared with manual management style,mobile app management style is more popular,and in the process of using these two management styles,the satisfaction,rationality and operation simplicity of mobile app are higher than that of manual management style,but the guidance in manual management style is higher than that of mobile app.Research conclusion:(1)There are obvious effects on changing the four indexes of College Students' fat amount,fat free soft weight,body fat rate and BMI by manual punch and app punch,and the influence of mobile app punch on these indexes is more significant.In addition,APP punch has obvious effect on changing body weight.(2)There was no significant change in waist to hip ratio and basal metabolic rate,but the changes of these two indexes were larger in app.(3)Under the same type of punch card,the changes of students' body composition have gender differences,and the exercise behavior habits formed by boys and girls are also different.The exercise frequency,exercise duration and exercise intensity of boys are higher than that of girls.(4)App punch has a greater impact on the enthusiasm of students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise,its rationality,satisfaction and ease of operation are higher than manual punch,and more popular with students.
