A Case Study On The Benefits Of Graduate Education In Comprehensive College Education

The number of enrolled students in education is increasing with the development of higher education,while the other side is the abolition and merger of the colleges of education of some comprehensive universities.The“Double Tops ” construction is in full swing,and the comprehensive university education college should be where everyone is concerned.The quality of a college,how it can be developed could be reflected by the benefits of education,and the evaluation of the benefits obtained by students can roughly reflect their attitude of the education.Therefore,this study focuses on the educational benefits of the master's degree in comprehensive university education,and uses the text research method and the questionnaire survey method to conduct a survey on the graduate students of the H School of Education from 1999 to the present to learn about their the background characteristics,the cost of receiving postgraduate education and the benefits gained through master's degree.The survey found that:First,the most important cost of receiving postgraduate education mainly includes the examination materials and registration fees at the time of preparation and the tuition and accommodation fees and accommodation expenses during the school year.Second,in the case of receiving graduate students in terms of evaluation of benefits,non-material benefits are greater than material benefits,and more certainly in terms of personal quality improvement,family honor and intergenerational effects,and individual ability levels;third,the impact is the main factors of the investigator's benefit evaluation include age,whether or not to take the postgraduate entrance examination,as well as academic performance during school and whether there are student cadres experience.Based on this,this study proposes the following strategies for improving the education of postgraduate education in education.From a personal point of view,rational choice of postgraduate study,clear career planning;training units to improve curriculum,provide career planning guidance;the government must increase professional support Strength,do top-level design for professional development.
