The cultivation of "scientific competence" among high school students is a practical need for curriculum reform and a new round of college entrance examination reform in China in the 21 st century.Under the background of firmly implementing science and education to rejuvenate the country and the background of reform and opening up,the core competence of ordinary high school students will be comprehensively improved.Cultivating students 'modern empirical methods and scientific spirit and improving citizens' "scientific competence" reflect the new requirements of "scientific competence" in the new era.However,as far as the cultivation of high school students ' "scientific competence" is concerned,the majority of teachers and students believe that "scientific competence" is similar to scientific ability.In the high school stage,curriculum education trains students ' "scientific competence" mainly through the mastery of science knowledge and skills such as physics,chemistry,and biology,and ignores the importance of "scientific competence" to high school history and other humanities and social disciplines.The "scientific competence" of liberal arts students is not satisfactory.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to make a breakthrough in theory and teaching practice on how to cultivate students ' "scientific competence" in high school history teaching,so as to meet the inevitable requirements of today's society to cultivate high-quality talents who are integrated and diversified.In the course of writing,this paper refers to a large number of writings and papers related to the cultivation of "scientific competence" among middle school students in history teaching,and draws on some advanced educational theories and teaching practice experiences.For example,in the history teaching,we must pay attention to the cultivation of students 'scientific spirit;High school history teachers can combine the characteristics of the history disciplines,and explore the scientific and technological connotation contained in the teaching materials from many angles;In science education and history teaching,students 'scientific competence is cultivated in high school history teaching.At the same time,it combines my thinking and practice accumulation on the cultivation of "scientific competence" of relevant students.All of these provide direct or indirect experience for the writing of this article.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical exploration of "scientific competence",such as the definition and theoretical positioning of the concept of student development core competence,and the connotation of "scientific competence".Integration of "scientific competence" teaching resources in high school history textbooks.On the basis of the first part,the second part further clarifies the importance of the cultivation of "scientific competence" in senior middle school history teaching.The third part is the research on the teaching practice of implementing "scientific competence" in senior high school history teaching from the perspective of practice.It provides a concrete case design of senior high school history teaching,and carries out teaching reflection and discussion.The fourth part of the article is to "scientific competence" in the process of fostering the cultivation of middle school students 'values.In-depth exploration of high school history teaching,let students form the correct values,improve the importance of high school students' scientific literacy.The innovation of this paper is to define a clear concept of "scientific competence" and further clarify the importance of cultivating "scientific competence" for students.This study studies the cultivation of "scientific competence" in history teaching from the microscopic level,and specifically points out that in the content of high school history teaching,in addition to the content of science and technology history teaching,students can cultivate "scientific competence".The teaching of economic history,ideological history,and figure history can also cultivate students ' "scientific competence," and the paper combines specific teaching case designs to discover problems,propose problems,analyze problems,and finally reach conclusions through solving problems.Therefore,it has clear pertinence and operability.
