In the current economic and social context of China,basic education and its management is a systematic project involving many links and contents,which involves the comprehensive application of many people,financial and material resources,but in order to better improve the quality of teaching.And level,continue to strengthen the incentive work of basic education teachers,the current need to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers to better achieve teaching and learning.At the same time,it should be noted that the current salary and welfare of basic education teachers in China are relatively low,and the corresponding tasks are the heavy workload,high standards and high quality requirements of the current teaching tasks,which affects the balance of teachers' mentality to some extent.In the absence of initiative and enterprising spirit in the work of teachers,the quality of the corresponding basic education has also declined.Taking the basic education in Area C of Xi'an as an example,in recent years,the quality of basic education in Area C of Xi'an has been improved compared with the past,but under the constraints of the national environment and the basic environment of the basic education in Area C of Xi'an,the current basic education teachers There is burnout in the work,the corresponding education innovation is insufficient,the quality of education is declining,and students and parents are not satisfied.Especially in the current top-level design of education and rejuvenation,combined with the existing educational resources and related policy environment in Area C of Xi'an,how to better motivate the basic education teachers in the current situation,is the basic education management of District C in Xi'an The core proposition of high quality development of work.Based on the research methods such as social survey and literature analysis,this paper elaborates on the definition of teacher incentives,the basic principles of follow-up,the relevant measures used,and so on.Basic education is a case study,which explains the basic situation of the incentives for basic education teachers in Area C of Xi'an.Based on the investigation of incentive factor demand and incentive satisfaction survey of basic education teachers in C area of Xi'an,this paper puts forward the main performance of the incentive problem of basic education teachers in Area C of Xi'an,that is,the relative lack of performance management,the average tendency of salary management,and the teacher's work and rest.The system is not humanized.The reason is closely related to the unreasonable structure and method of salary incentives for basic education teachers in Xi'an City,the single mode of promotion and development of teachers,and the lack of incentives for learning and training to improve teachers' quality.Based on this,under the guidance of the teacher motivation theory,combined with the guidance and development orientation of the basic education teachers in Xi'an City C,this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies and corresponding implementation safeguard measures,namely: adjusting the salary of teachers in optimizing the salary system.Structure,promote teachers' flexible wages and benefits;in planning the promotion channel,we must strengthen teachers' career guidance and build a multi-channel teacher career development model;in strengthening training incentives,we must enhance the important role of teacher training,and focus on teacher training incentive management;To strengthen the implementation of incentives and safeguard measures,we must establish a new era of teacher incentives,establish a systematic teacher incentive system,strengthen the benign communication in the process of teacher incentives,promote teacher incentives to be more open and fair,and further strengthen the promotion and implementation of teacher incentive management policies.In order to promote the incentives for basic education teachers in Area C of Xi'an,good results have been produced.
