In the era of big data,the traditional concept of human as a tool to complete the work has been replaced by a new one.Individuals’ creativity in dealing with change has created great value for enterprises and is a key factor for the development of enterprises.However,innovation and creativity are greatly influenced by individual’s own subjective factors,so the positive mood of individuals which is good for innovation should be kept,so that employees can get self-esteem in work.Enterprises should encourage and activate employees and create a comfortable working environment for them.Motivating employees for different purposes and in different ways will have different effects.An organization can not form a true community of shared future with their employees,if it only regards them as tools to achieve goals.Only by changing the concept,attaching importance to talents,respecting talents,and making both sides struggle for the common goal,can long-term development be realized.Based on the case study of an education training institution---Y company,in accordance with the content incentive theory,process incentive theory,behavior modification incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory,the company employees incentive mechanism is analyzed in detail by using the questionnaire,depth interview,comparative analysis and other research methods.Especially,existing problems and defects in incentive mechanism of the company are discovered from aspects of compensation,welfare,performance assessment and staff training system of the company.This study includes seven parts: the first part mainly introduces background of the research,the domestic and foreign research status of incentive theory,and research methods.The second part mainly involves the definition of incentive and incentive mechanism,and the theoretical basis used in this study,including content incentive theory,process incentive theory,behavior modification incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory.The third part mainly analyzes existing incentive mechanism of Y company by using research methods such as questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and summarizes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism from the perspectives of the company’s salary and welfare system,performance assessment system and staff training system.The fourth part proposes solutions to the problems found in the third part for the future development.It optimizes and reconstructs the incentive mechanism of Y company mainly from three dimensions: optimization principles,optimization measures and guarantee mechanism.The fifth part of this study expounds some research ideas and assumptions of this topic in the future.In the sixth part employee incentive system of Y Company is optimized and reconstructed from the dimension of guarantee mechanism.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper,mainly expounds some research ideas and assumptions of this topic in the future.
