In the context of global change,China has paid more and more attention to education.Fujian Province has also carried out in-depth reforms on teachers' incentives.In 2018,the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of the Teacher Team in the New Era".Ming Wen stated that it is necessary to "continually improve the status of treatment and make teachers an enviable career." The fundamental purpose of the rational allocation of public primary and secondary school teachers' compensation is to combine the basic salary and performance compensation,and jointly optimize,improve teachers' remuneration and benefits,increase teacher salary satisfaction,attract outstanding talents,and improve teaching quality.In the actual survey interviews,Fuzhou public primary and secondary school teachers lacked understanding of salary composition,salary growth and performance compensation,and had low satisfaction with the current salary level and compensation system.Teacher salary satisfaction directly affects work enthusiasm,which in turn affects school development and even the quality of teaching in Fuzhou.This study adopts double factors theory and equity theory,through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,in fuzhou city public primary and secondary school teachers performance pay satisfaction present situation and how to improve compensation satisfaction as the breakthrough point,in recent years in fuzhou public primary and secondary school teachers performance pay for cross section data,understand the performance pay satisfaction level and structure of primary and secondary school teachers,the teachers expect wages,salary,salary gap compensation and analyze the relationship between pay satisfaction research.The research results show that public primary and secondary school teachers in fuzhou are not satisfied with the overall salary,and the overall salary satisfaction level is lower after considering salary,welfare,salary increase and management status.The factors influencing the salary satisfaction include age,gender,teaching age and education background.Based on the analysis of the research results,this study proposes to establish a scientific assessment system,regular review and evaluation incentive system,etc.,so as to improve the salary satisfaction of public primary and middle school teachers in Fuzhou,and provide reference for the incentive effect of paying for the province,the education industry of our city.The optimization model of human resources compensation management provides endogenous incentives.
