Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Management In Secondary Vocational Schools

Since the 18th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the status of secondary vocational education in China is undergoing profound changes from top to bottom,and secondary vocational education has ushered in a golden period of development.Secondary vocational schools should seize the golden period of development,adapt to the situation,and strengthen internal management if they want to get rapid development under the new situation that the country attaches great importance to vocational education.And in each management work,the financial management is one of the important contents in the school internal daily management,it is playing the vital role in the school development progress.The new era and the new situation put forward higher requirements for the financial management of secondary vocational schools.The financial management of secondary vocational schools needs to be standardized,scientific and refined to realize the transformation from traditional accounting to management.At present,the simple accounting financial management model can not meet the needs of secondary vocational schools for financial management.Under the collision of the demand of the new situation and the old management model,a series of problems have been exposed in the financial management of secondary vocational schools,such as the outdated concept of financial management,imperfect system,imperfect internal control system,and mismatch between the professional quality of financial personnel and the needs of financial management.This thesis studies the practical work of financial management in secondary vocational schools.As the author once worked for T school of Zhejiang province,as an example,through the case study method,literature method and interview method,in-depth analysis T school financial management of each link,including fund-raising,configuration and control process,analyzes the present situation of the school financial management and existing problems,and combining with the new situation,T school problems in financial management are discussed,analyzed the reasons of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding strategy.It is helpful for the school to strengthen financial management,reduce financial risks,promote the smooth development work of T school,explore the establishment of the financial management system of secondary vocational schools to adapt to the new situation,and strive to provide certain reference for the realization of the standardization,scientific and refined work of financial management of secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it is helpful to enrich the research content of financial management of secondary vocational schools.The main research content is as follows:The first part is introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research significance,research methods,research ideas,etc.and makes a literature review on the financial management of secondary vocational schools.The second part is the basic connotation and theoretical basis of financial management.The paper mainly expounds the financial management concept,content,characteristics and related theories of secondary vocational schools.The third part is the development and current situation of financial management of secondary vocational schools—taking the financial management of T school in Zhejiang province as an example.This paper mainly introduces the financial management of T school,analyzes the changing background of T school~'s financial management environment and financial management system,as well as the current situation of T school~'s financial management.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of T school~'s financial management.Through interviews with relevant personnel,the financial management of T school were analyzed in depth.The fifth part is the solving strategy of T school~'s financial management problems.This part proposes solutions to the problems in the financial management of secondary vocational schools:changing the concept of financial management,broadening the financing channels,improving the financial management system of the fund allocation process,perfecting the internal control system,building the financial management information system,and establishing the financial personnel professional training mechanism.Part sixth is conclusion.
