The Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Financial Management In Secondary Vocational Education In Hunan

Secondary vocational school student aid policy is to help the secondary vocational school family economic difficulties students to alleviate the economic pressures during the period of school,smooth finish school,one of the important measures,is the effective measure to promote education equity in China.Since 2006,the government has established a funding policy system for the economically disadvantaged students of the secondary vocational schools.The fall semester in 2009,officially formed is given priority to with state grants,free tuition,school scholarships,students with work-integrated learning,the field work,the school tuition is complementary aid policy system.Aid policy,the central,provincial and municipal state fiscal investment continues to increase,but in the process of the implementation of the specific exposes some realistic problems,this paper tries to from the Angle of the current secondary vocational financing management,analysis the existing problems and countermeasures for China’s secondary vocational financing management to further improve.This paper reviewed the history of development of China’s historically vocational education funding,introduces the development of vocational education in western developed countries the successful experience of student financial assistance,has analyzed our country secondary vocational education student financial assistance policy relevant information,this paper discusses the current practical problems of secondary vocational school student financial assistance management,put forward the response to the student financial assistance management countermeasures of future demand for vocational education,should draw lessons from to absorb the successful experience of foreign vocational education fund management,and to follow the deepening finance policy has been implemented in China’s secondary vocational education students,should not only strengthen fund management policy guidance,optimize the policy propaganda,realize the government fiscal investment impetus social forces,attaches great importance to the finance team construction,standardized vocational education funding management laws and regulations,formulate strict fund management approach,importance of the funding for education,especially to pay attention to family economic difficulties students’ideological and political education work and carries on the effective psychological aid,puts forward the solutions of the secondary vocational school student financial assistance management.
