In the context of the new curriculum reform,the emerging teaching concept of gamification teaching has begun to emerge in education and teaching.It advocates the use of the spirit of the game throughout the teaching,creating a free,relaxed,happy and efficient learning environment for students.In the primary school stage,knowledge teaching began to move toward the center stage.Under such teaching nature,how do people understand the meaning of the game? What role and function does the game appear in primary school teaching? Is the role of the game in elementary school sufficient? This is the main concern of this study,and the answers to these questions must be sought from practice.Through in-depth interviews with 20 primary school teachers and the collection and analysis of game activity cases in specific classroom teaching,this study examines the practical forms of gamification teaching in primary school teaching.It mainly discusses four typical game types,namely competition games,experience games,thinking games and graphic games.Through the case analysis of these four types of games in practice,we find that there are still many deficiencies in gamification teaching,and the reasons for these deficiencies are various.However,this paper mainly discusses its deficiencies from the practical form of gamification teaching,which is mainly reflected in two aspects.First,the depth of gamification teaching is not enough,and it does not touch the deep changes in the school;this is mainly because primary school teachers lack the cognition and practice of gamification teaching and the loss of the "game spirit" in primary school teaching.Second,the modernity of the form of gamification teaching practice is not enough,that is,it is not enough to integrate with the development of educational games in the context of modern information technology.This is because the development of educational games in China in recent years,although rapid,has not yet been popularized,and many front-line teachers know nothing about it.In addition,teachers who adhere to the traditional teaching concept still have doubts about the feasibility of electronic games.Based on these two questions,this paper explores how to achieve the transcendence of gamification teaching in primary school teaching practice.Turning teaching into a game and getting electronic educational games into the classroom is the key to achieving transcendence.To make teaching itself a game,we must establish "gaming" as the most important factor and standard,so that teaching can be "gamified." And letting electronic educational games enter the classroom requires dispelling teachers' doubts about educational games and changing their preparedness.It is essential to help teachers fully realize the unique value of educational games and to rationally choose educational games.In this way,gamification teaching can develop in a better direction.
