Normality is the uniqueness of normal students in the process of their cultivation.It is the teacher's morality,physical quality,theoretical knowledge and practical ability that normal students must possess.It is a reflection of the professionalism of teachers.Normal school students develop their teacher qualities in their daily study life.The question of this study is the period of development of such an independent teacher education system from 1912 to 1922.What is the content of normal school students? How do normal school students develop their normality in their daily study life? What are the characteristics of normal life of normal students in the process of teacher training? These issues will be the starting point and focus of this research.The research methods used in this paper are mainly literature research methods and educational life narratives.This study focuses on the teacher-oriented nature,and through the reading and thinking of a large number of first-hand historical materials,it deeply describes the daily life of normal students in the Republic of China and summarizes the characteristics of teacher training.This paper is divided into the following six parts:Part I: The background and significance of this study.This paper reviews the related researches such as "Normality","Normal Student " and "Student History" and explains the ideas and methods of this research.The second part: the connotation of normality.It reviews the historical development of teacher education,conducts etymological analysis of "normality",and constructs the normality in historical context.The third part: the student life of the campus.The cultivation of teacher morality emphasizes a kind of life moral education.In the background of strong seed protection,normal students actively participate in physical exercise.The study of education courses is the uniqueness of the training of normal students.The fourth part: the off-campus study life of normal students.Internship is an important way to improve the teaching skills of normal students.Internships generally include visits,trainees and trials.The trial is the most critical.Research travel is an important opportunity for normal students to study outside the classroom.Normal students study in curriculum design;learn in the perception society;learn in the practice of inquiry.The fifth part: the historical review of normality training.In modern times,with the development of teacher education,the teacher training method has experienced a process from scratch,and the role of teachers has changed from an enlightener to a professional.Under the crisis of nationalism,the physical consciousness of normal students is closely related to the destiny of the country.They actively learn and actively participate in social movements and seek the power of the group.Part VI: Conclusion.This study believes that the teacher education in the Republic of China includes four aspects: teacher morality,physical quality,theoretical knowledge and practical ability.In the process of cultivating normality,the subjective consciousness of normal students is greatly stimulated,not only in the students' study,teacher-student interaction,physical exercise,student self-government,etc.,but also in off-campusinternships and study tours.The internship and education courses of normal school students improve the teaching skills of normal students.Normal education has a mutual adjustment orientation in the implementation of the curriculum.The curriculum focuses on practicality and flexibility,and the quality of the training of normal students is the standard.During the period of the Republic of China,educational thoughts were diverse,and activities such as visits and internship criticisms organized by normal schools improved the teaching ability of normal students and enriched the educational management experience of normal students.
