Under the background of Chinese football reform, youth football is in full swing, and football has become a social hot spot. However, behind the heat of football,it is difficult to hide the fact that the level of Chinese men's football is far behind the objective of the world's football developed countries. The level of national football is backward, and the lack of training in youth football is hard to blame.Scientific training is the key to the cultivation of high-quality football talents. This paper starts with one of the many elements of scientific training, through the literature data method, field research method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Investigate the single training session duration and weekly training duration of the representative U10-U16 age echelon in China and abroad, compare and analyze, and combine the ideas and practices of foreign football developed countries as reference, and the length of the single training session in China. And the arrangement of the training period of the week to describe and demonstrate,in order to gain some in the research, and promote the development of domestic youth football scientific training.Through the research of this paper, the conclusions are as follows:1.Due to the influence of traditional culture and the deviation of the rules of youth football training, compared with the echelon of the same age group of foreign clubs, the domestic U10-U16 teams of all ages have shown that the single training time is generally too long.2.Due to the lack of scientific understanding of youth football and the deviation of the concept of youth football training, compared with foreign teams of the same age,the youth training team in the U10-U16 age group shows that the frequency of weekly training is generally too high, and theweekly training time is generally too much..3.The difference coefficient of single training time between domestic and foreign teams is similar, but the difference in weekly training frequency is too large, resulting in large differences in weekly training duration among various youth training teams, which is extremely inconsistent. This kind of disunity is due to the fact that there is no unified youth football training concept among the teams, and the mechanism of the domestic youth league is not perfect.
