In recent years,a number of excellent long jumpers have sprung up in our country who have made excellent achievements in international competitions.And Li Jinzhe have won the runner-up in World Indoor Championships as one of the best long jump athletes in China,who is in a competitive low session in the nearly 2 years.This study analyzed the training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session by means of documentation,expert interviews,fieldwork and mathematical statistics.The results showed that:1.The training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session is a total of 16 weeks,divided into recovery phase,improve phase and consolidation phase.The training takes fully restore physical fitness and special skills as the goal,and trys to avoid the occurrence of damage and maximize the adjustment and restoration of Li Jinzhe's competitive state through the medium and high on the intensity.2.The main contents of the training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session is physical fitness,and focuses on the development of strength,speed and endurance,taking into account the overall development of other qualities.In terms of technical training,the gradual transition from decomposition technology to complete special techniques was used properly.The overall training load during the winter training session is maintained at a medium upper level,the training volume showed a gradual increase,and the training intensity showed a steady increase trend,reaching the maximum in the final stage.During the training process,the coaches can find the shortcomings in time and make adjustments to ensure the effect of winter training.3.In the training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session,there are 6 physiological and biochemical tests according to different stages of load changes,and the specific test indicators are heart rate,hemoglobin concentration,urea nitrogen,creatine kinase,cortex Alcohol,testosterone.All aspects of physiology and biochemistry Li Jinzhe adjusts the training load within a reasonable range in his winter training session.This provides a basis for coaches to effectively master their body functions and adjust their training load,which provides a guarantee for the scientific training of winter training session.4.In the training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session,coaches help to strengthen psychological aspects of training and counseling of Li Jinzhe,Effectively resolve the training pressure and help him build confidence to ensure that he can face the winter training with a positive attitude through a variety of ways.During the winter training,Li Jinzhe's medical insurance measures are put in place.The recovery of his physical fitness was promoted through nutritional supplements,full rest and active treatment,which also effectively reduced the appearance of his fatigue and injuries,and played a positive role in his training.5.After the training of Li Jinzhe before the 13 th National Games during the winter training session,Li Jinzhe has improved his physical and special abilities in all aspects,and his competitive state has also reached a high level,basically achieved the desired goal,so the effect of the winter training is obvious.
