Study On The Sustainable Development Strategy Of The Reserve Talents Of Athletic Gymnastics In Fujian Province

Through the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview,recording analysis,contrast and so on,this paper studies the training status of reserve talents of competitive gymnastics in Fujian Province,and makes a research on the current situation of the training of reserve talents of competitive gymnastics in Fujian Province.The conclusions are as follows: 1)The total number of reserve talents of competitive gymnastics in Fujian Province is 254,the total amount is less,and there are some difficulties in recruiting students.During the trial training period,the wastage rate of athletes is relatively large,and some sports teams in some cities do not have a stable attachment to the school,which leads to a large fluctuation in the number of students.In Fujian Province,the number of male and female gymnasts is relatively balanced,and the situation of more and less male and female gymnasts has been improved in the past.Different gymnastic training points show different degree of contradiction between learning and training,provincial gymnastics team relatively prominent contradiction,while Zhangzhou gymnastic training point is more relaxed.;2)Fujian Province gymnastics coaches team professional title structure is more reasonable,but the higher vocational education said that the coaches in the distribution among the cities and regions is extremely uneven.Coaches generally have long years of coaching,but the number of young coaches is small.Coaches lack of uniform material selection standards,nearly half of gymnastics coaches in the selection process lack of relevant material selection links.Part of the city gymnastics coaches are too few,coaches are difficult to build;3)Fujian amateur sports schools in the district and county level gymnastics training points are too few.Training Model of training echelon of Gymnastics Reserve talents in Fujian Province The "type" is a kind of state of small middle and big,which is different from the classical pyramid training model of competitive gymnastics in our country.4)most parents of gymnasts in Fujian Province are most worried about the study of their children's culture class;5)the training of reserve talents of competitive gymnastics in Fujian Province mainly depends on the government financial allocation and the operation and supervision of the functionaldepartments.The gymnastic stadiums and equipments in some places and cities need to be improved.6)compared with Guangdong Province,Fujian Province still has a big gap in the construction of gymnastic reserve talent echelon,the number of training points,the types and times of events held,the mass foundation,the number of coaches and athletes and so on,but in the fairness of the competition,there are still some differences between Fujian and Guangdong Province.in that aspect,the Fujian province is better than that of Guangdong province;7)the coach questionnaire is analyzed by the Pareto analysis method,and the main influence factors are as follows:the professional level of the coach,the level of the leadership and the quality of the students' quantity,and the like,and the main sustainable development strategy is as follows: Strengthen the construction of the coach team,improve the combination of physical education and strengthen the scientific material selection.Based on the results of the research and the investigation of field investigation,interview and so on,the author put forward six supplementary suggestions,such as promoting the training mode of the state gymnastics,and perfecting the examination system of the pre-competition culture course.
