Since New China was founded, our country has entered theworld sports power through the efforts of several generations. AndShanxi Province had achieved good results in the national athleticsgymnastics before. In recent years, the overall strength of ShanxiProvince athletics gymnastics reserve personnel training drops,and the excellent athletes from Shanxi Province to countries reducebecause of the insufficient reserve talents. As a result, the researchof the situation about Shanxi Province athletics gymnastics reservetalents training is conducive to develop the Shanxi Province reservetalents training sustainable.In this study, methods of questionnnaire, statistics, logicalanalysis, literature and interviews have been applied to Taiyuan citysports school, Datong city sports school, Linfen city sports school,Yangquan city sports school, Changzhi city sports school, Jinchengcity sports school and Yuncheng city sports school, part of the105athletes(16first division players,21athletes of group b,68athletesof group c),18trainers, and10administrators as the research object,From talents training system, management system, athletessituation, trainers situation,training, etc., for Shanxi Provinceathletes talent conducted a survey of the status. The following conclusions:(1) In the Shanxi Province athletics gymnastics reserve talentedperson, athletes mostly belong to the one-child family. ShanxiProvince athletics gymnastics reserve athletes’ knowledge andcultural level is low, the athletes’ sense about academic study isinsufficient, and these affect the training efficiency. Some athletesare not interested in training; Athlete’s parents have called inquestion the participation of training, and their support attitude isnot very sure; The people from all sectors of society is inemployment discrimination when athletes retire from sports, that isbad for athletes to become national or international level ofathletes.(2)In the training about Shanxi Province athletes gymnasticsreserve talented person, the ratio about trainers and athletes ishigher than the national basic standards, these presents thecoaches advantage. Coaches generally focus between35and55,and the coaches have higher experience and overall level. Coachesparticipate in collective training, study and communicate less, it isnot conducive to communication experience and further improvethe overall level.(3) In the training about Shanxi Province athletes gymnasticsreserve talented person, although the coaches’ experience is rich,but the degree of coaches and cultural level is low, and the numberof times participating in professional training is less, that all affectsthe training methods of the coaches. When the trainers areparticipated in training, some performance is not positive, mainlybecause of its own environmental or treatment is not satisfactory, the main show is social status is not high, and wages is low.(4)It is lack of scientific methods about the training of theShanxi Province athletes. There is a few aspects being relativelylack in athletes gymnastics reserve talents training, such asathletes selected scientific, athletes trained scientific, and themanagement scientific. Athletics gymnastics training needcoaches and athletes working together to complete, need the twobodies joining the training perfect. The athletes should promotetheir psychological quality training and intelligence, this isadvantage for athletes learning and putting a good state of mind.(5) The conflict between training and study as a bigcontradiction in the training of competitive sports. Regional sportsschools need to practice "combination of education with sport". Itwill resolve the contradiction, and let athletes have a good schoolrecord, and have a good skill.(6)The training system of Shanxi Province athletics gymnasticsreserve talent is still confined to the early government unifiedmanagement system in our country. It is “a dragon” system fromTaiyuan city sports school as the center, and from all regions, cities,and county sports schools as the basic to select the athletes. Thissystem can be caused an athlete training single, without thesupport of economic basis from the all society.
