Preschool education,as an important foundation stage of basic education,has gradually become the focus of attention of the state and people from all walks of life.In order to better improve the quality of preschool education,the government and relevant education departments have issued a series of relevant laws and regulations,which provide corresponding guidance and reference for the orderly implementation of preschool education and guarantee the quality of education at this stage to some extent.For example,in February 2020,the general office of the state council issued the "on deepening",the ministry of education formulated the "supervision and evaluation methods for the popularization of preschool education in county areas",which is of great significance for the more standardized development of preschool education.In China,the development of educational supervision is relatively late,and basically,the supervision personnel check the completion of the work of each unit step by step according to the standards determined by the supervision department.However,in the process of supervision,the real needs and wishes of the school are often neglected.In order to more comprehensive understanding of the public kindergarten for supervision of the actual needs,and in view of the situation of kindergarten for supervision,understand the kindergarten to supervise demand satisfaction,therefore choose 8 K area kindergarten are studied,at the same time public kindergarten according to different area can be divided into urban and rural areas two dimensions were analyzed.In this study,the principal and teachers in the kindergarten were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaire survey and interview were conducted on them.A total of 230 questionnaires were sent out and 204 valid questionnaires were collected.In addition,8 representative principals and backbone teachers were selected to conduct more detailed and specific interviews and exchanges with them based on the preliminary observation and understanding of some supervision needs during the internship.In addition,the satisfaction degree of supervision needs was found through understanding the current supervision status.After the effective questionnaire data collation and analysis,and combined with the results of a more comprehensive analysis.The results show that:1.Demand for supervision in public kindergartens(1)Public kindergartens in K region have a strong need for supervision.Demand is expressed in the following aspects: supervision and strengthening of field guidance;Class size control;The popularization of children's health and safety protection knowledge,the guidance of teachers to better cooperate with parents and the community;Strategies to improve children'sinquiry ability;Improving teachers' professional skills;Improve the attitude of the supervisors,standardize the standards and improve the quality of the supervisors.(2)The supervision needs of kindergartens in urban and rural areas are significantly different in each dimension.The difference of supervision needs between urban and rural public kindergartens is mainly manifested in the following aspects: urban gardens' expectation supervision mode is more focused on field guidance,while rural gardens' expectation supervision mode is more focused on questionnaire survey.Urban gardens are expected to control class size through supervision,while rural gardens are expected to optimize staffing through supervision.In terms of teachers,the city garden expects to improve the teaching quality through supervision,strengthen the cooperation with parents and communities,and the rural garden expects to increase the training and guidance of safety protection and health inspection through supervision.Urban gardens are expected to pay more attention to the cultivation of children's artistic ability,while rural gardens are expected to pay more attention to the improvement of children's exploration ability.The city garden wants the supervision to strengthen the supervision of teachers' knowledge of education,and the rural garden wants the supervision to strengthen the supervision of teachers' professional skills.Both urban and rural parks expect supervisors to improve their attitude and strict standards,and urban parks have higher demand for supervisors' professional ability than rural parks.2.Current situation of supervision of public kindergartens(1)The general status of supervision of public kindergartens in K is good.Statistics found that the situation of supervision in the aspects of enrollment and fees,curriculum construction,teacher information and professional development was better.The situation of the supervision of the management of the park is general,and the teachers' evaluation of the professional quality and attitude of the supervisors is not high.Poor supervision in child development and education.(2)Urban kindergartens and rural kindergartens are significantly different in all dimensions of supervision.In the supervision of enrollment and fees and the supervision of kindergarten administration,the difference between urban and rural kindergartens is not obvious;The overall situation of urban kindergartens is better in terms of curriculum construction,teachers' personal information and professional development supervision.In terms of education work,child development and teachers' evaluation on the professional quality and attitude of supervisors,the rural kindergartens are generally good.Through the analysis of the supervision needs and current situation of public kindergartens,this study finds that the supervision needs of public kindergartens in K region are not satisfied to a high degree.The standard of the supervision scheme is the same,and the differences of the kindergarten are not concerned.Supervision focuses on identification and ignores developmentfunction.Corresponding Suggestions are put forward: strengthening and improving the functions of supervision institutions,and appropriately increasing third-party assessment and monitoring institutions;Optimize the supervision and evaluation system,and pay attention to the needs of the park;Pay attention to the function of school supervision,promote the overall development of children.
