The period of 3-6-year-old children is the sensitive and critical period of movement development, and the influence of physical activity on movement development is the frontier and hot issue of current sports science research. In this paper, the effect of the above hand throwing exercise on the development of 4-5-year-old children's upper hand throwing movement is studied.24 children aged 4-5 are taken as the experimental subjects,including12 boys and 12 girls. They are divided into experimental group and control group, each group has 6 boys and 6 girls. The research content stage is divided into five stages. Before the experiment, children's throwing ability test is carried out;before the experiment, children's throwing movements are photographed;27 throwing exercises are carried out for 4 months;after the experiment, children's throwing ability test is carried out;after the experiment, children's throwing movements are photographed;the main contents of the research include:overall sequence method level, partial sequence method level and throwing distance, throwing accuracy, forearm lag movement track, arm backward movement track, elbow angle speed, torso twist angle, initial ball speed, foot displacement distance. In this paper,24 4-5-year-old children in a private kindergarten in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province, were used as the experimental objects. Two high-speed cameras were used for simultaneous shooting. Each experimental object took three videos of hand throwing movements. The average value of three video data was selected during video analysis, and 3D Simi was used The motion three-dimensional motion analysis system analyzes the video of 24children's hand throwing movements, and studies the influence of hand throwing exercises on the development of 4-5-year-old children's hand throwing movements by collecting the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics,so as to provide a strong reference for the research work of children's sports in China,so as to contribute to the vigorous development of children's sports in China Power.Through the research and analysis of the influence of the practice of hand throwing on 24 4-5-year-old children, the following results are obtained:(1)In the whole sequence method, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).In the partial sequence method, there was no significant difference between the post test of the control group and the pre test of the control group(P > 0.05).There was a very significant difference between the post test of the experimental group and the pre test of the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference between the post test of the experimental group and the post test of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)There was no interaction between group and time(P > 0.05).In the initial speed index of sandbag, there was significant difference between the post test of the control group and the pre test of the control group(P < 0.05).There was very significant difference between the post test of the experimental group and the pre test of the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was very significant difference between the post test of the experimental group and the post test of the control group(P < 0.01).In the index of trunk twist angle, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was very significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P <0.01).There was very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).In the footstep distance index, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was very significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).(4)There was no interaction between groups and time(P > 0.05).There was no interaction between group and time(P > 0.05).(5)In the index of throwing distance, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).There was no interaction between group and time(P > 0.05).Main conclusions:(1)in the process of throwing, attention should be paid to the small changes in each part of the child's body, and then the overall changes should be combined to make a correct judgment on the child's throwing.(2)the development of overhand throwing action of 4 to 5 years old children began throwing ability also have a certain role in promoting, especially in the aspect of throwing distance, correct overhand throwing motion mode, can make the thrower in different parts of body when the overhand throwing cooperate more harmonious, more sufficient power, make it began throwing ability also increased significantly. However,in the throwing exercise,it is necessary to distinguish the throwing distance exercise and the throwing accuracy exercise, because there is still a certain difference between the two modes of action.(3)children aged 4 to 5 years old need to practice throwing skills so that they can gain sports experience and receive scientific and reasonable guidance at the same time,so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort in the development of throwing skills.
