Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Senior High School(2017)has been promulgated,and the concept of mathematics key competence has been put forward for the first time,which should cultivate mathematics abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,visual imagination,mathematical operation and data analysis literacy in teaching.High school students in 2018 are about to face the new model of the 2021 college entrance examination,but the textbooksbeing used are still the 2003 edition of the curriculum.In this period of alternation between old and new teaching materials,how about the cultivation of students' key competence,how about teachers' consciousness of implementing key competence in teaching,how to cultivate students' key competence in mathematics,and how to carry out the cultivation of key competence in classroom teaching are all the problems that first-line mathematics teachers pay great attention to.Since the function of senior high school is the core content of the whole high school mathematics,which reflects the concentration of the key competence of mathematics,the teaching research of the senior one function under the viewpoint of the key competence of mathematics new curriculum standard is valuable and realistic.This paper provides theoretical support for the author's research by consulting the literature to understand the key competences of mathematics,the concept of function,the thought of function and the latest function teaching development in senior one.On this basis,through the function content test volume survey and the non-intelligence factor questionnaire survey of the students' learning function,the author investigates and analyses the basic situation of the students' function learning.Through the interview and investigation of the mathematics teachers,the paper studies the key competences of mathematics and students' learning situation from the perspective of the teacher.Through the research,the conclusion of the students' function learning is as follows.First,the development of mathematics core literacy is not optimistic and mathematical operations,mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,visual imagination are lacking.Second,students' ability to solve problems is not good enough,which can beseen in understanding the problem,transforming the problem information into effective information.Their comprehensive ability level is not high,thus they can not flexibly apply the knowledge.Third,students do not develop good study habits,and stay in the junior school passive learning state.Based on the conclusion of the survey,the following strategies are put forward to solve the problem of students' function learning.First,lay the groundwork for the calculation of solving functionproblems.Second,concertize abstract function problems.Third,pay attention to the combination of students' numbers and shapes to solve function problems.Fourth,make full use of teaching materials to cultivate students' logical thinking ability.Fifth,construct function classroom teaching suitable for students' cognition.Sixth,improve students' interest in learning function,enhance learning function information and cultivate learning methods.According to the theoretical basis of this paper,combining with the teaching suggestions,referring to the teacher interview research,the author makes a teaching case study on the three chapters in which teachers consistently reflect the concentration of key competence.
