With the advent of the "Internet plus" era,the new open online courses and learning platforms represented by massive open online courses(MOOC)have been developed rapidly around the world and become a widely concerned social phenomenon.Taking the construction and application of open online math course in secondary vocational school as the main research content,combined with the researcher's experiences of participating in the construction and application of "iCourse——China University MOOC——China Vocational Education MOOC——?Mathematics for Secondary Vocational School?MOOC",the paper studies how to reflect the characteristics of vocational education,make reasonable design,connect junior secondary education with secondary vocational education and achieve interaction in the process of course construction.As for application,the paper studies how to facilitate teachers and improve the utilization rate,so as to provide reference for the construction and application of online course.Through the research on the construction and application of open online secondary vocational math course,the following experience is obtained:1.Promote the reform of math teaching in secondary vocational schoolRely on the open online course resources as the teaching content,Flipped Classroom as the teaching method;combine students' self-study before class,discussion in class and consolidation after class organically;explore the "student-centered teaching and learning" mode.2.Promote the application and sharing of high quality education resourcesExcellent teaching teams from vocational schools nationwide are gathered to undertake the research on the open online course construction.All the lectures are given by outstanding teachers from different regions with rich teaching experience.The MOOC platform provides high-quality resources for students' independent learning and great demonstrations for new teachers' teaching.3.Improve the teaching quality in an all-round wayTake open online course as supplement and assistance to traditional teaching,open a new mode of online and offline blended teaching to meet the needs of students in different levels;encourage teachers to use modern information technology in their teaching.Then the following conclusions are drawn:1.The teaching effect has been improved a lot and students' autonomic learning ability h as been cultivated gradually in the application of open online secondary vocational math cour se.2.The video content of open online secondary vocational math course is vivid,in which students' cognitive rules and learning characteristics are fully considered.The mathematical c ulture and specific knowledge are integrated into the classroom learning;meanwhile vocation al features are better displayed.3.The content design of open online secondary vocational math course is based on but n ot limited to the syllabus.It can provide a better platform for students' lifelong learning.
