Problems And Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of Cultural Self-confidence In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Culture is the soul and pillar of a nation,the spiritual backbone of a country's continuous development and growth,an inexhaustible source of progress for a political party,and an essential quality for students to achieve all-round development.Cultural self-confidence is the identity of a country,a nation,and a political party to its own cultural value,and is full of confidence in the prospects of its cultural development.In the context of cultural diversification,in the face of the mutual exchange and collision of the cultures of countries around the world,how to properly treat domestic and foreign cultures and develop advanced socialist cultures is conducive to maintaining national security and socialist modernization.College students as the builders and successors of socialist modernization,are in the critical period of life's growth.Their knowledge system is not yet complete,the values are not yet systematic,and the psychological emotions are not yet mature.So college education needs to guide them properly.Based on the requirements of the times and the characteristics of college students' own physiological and psychological development,universities play an important role in cultivating college students' cultural self-confidence through ideological and political education,which is conducive to enhancing college students' national identity and pride,practicing the core values of socialism in order to implement the fundamental mission of establishing a virtuous person in the university.The purpose of this study is to enrich the theoretical results of cultural self-confidence cultivation of college students,and to propose countermeasures for the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of college students,to promote the development of ideological and political education in colleges.This paper reviews related literature and theoretical analysis,sorts out related concepts of cultural self-confidence,analyzes the problems and reasons of cultural self-confidence cultivation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and finally puts forward concrete and effective countermeasures for cultivating cultural self-confidence in colleges and universities.On the basis of consulting related materials,this article analyzes the background of domestic and foreign research,sorts out the ideas of thesis writing,and determines the method of writing thesis.The body is divided into three parts:The first part defines the concepts of culture,self-confidence,cultural self-confidence,and cultural self-confidence of college students.Based on this,the relationship between cultural self-confidence and ideological and political education and the significance of cultivating college students' cultural self-confidence are analyzed.To lay the theoretical foundation for optimizing college ideological and political education and fostering cultural confidence of college students.Based on the research of relevant literature,the second part analyzes the problems and reasons of cultural self-confidence cultivation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and points out the problems of cultural self-confidence cultivation in college ideological and political education,including that the education content is not targeted,the education method is too single,the education process is incomplete,and the education effect is not obvious.And analyze the reasons of these problems from four perspectives:colleges,teachers of ideological and political lessons,college students,and external cultural environment.Including the degree of emphasis in colleges and universities did not reach the ideal state,insufficient teaching ability of individual teachers of ideological and political lessons,and the low level of cultural awareness of college students and multicultural interweaving affects the cultural identity of college students.Aiming at the problems and reasons of cultural self-confidence cultivation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the third part proposes the main countermeasures from four perspectives of strengthening a position,improving a team,playing a main channel and building a platform to optimize the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate cultural self-confidence.Including that strengthen the emphasis on the cultivation of college students' cultural self-confidence,realize the organic combination of classroom education and practice,promote the cultivation of cultural self-confidence internalize the heart and externalize the behavior,and enhance the actual effect of colleges and universities to cultivate the cultural self-confidence of college students.
