Analysis And Countermeasures Of Three-person Basketball In Taiyuan City From The Perspective Of SWOT Theory

Three-Person Basketball was spread to China many years ago.Among middle school students,Three-Person Basketball have enjoyed great popularity.Before 2018,Three-Person Basketball is not an official event of the Olympic Games,so it had been at a tepid position.Until 2018,it officially became an Olympic event.Then,China set up a special national team immediately and won the Asian Games in Jakarta.After that,Three-Person Basketball began to develop rapidly in China.In 2019,the General Administration of Sport of China added a level assessment system for Three-Person Basketball player.In 2020,Three-Person Basketball program has also been added to the individual enrollment for physical education college entrance examination.In the Middle School of Taiyuan,Three-Person Basketball has a very good mass base among the students.Combined with the development of Three-Person Basketball,it has won the interest of the majority of middle school students.In this paper,the literature material law,SWOT analysis,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics are mainly involved.Taking Three-Person Basketball in Taiyuan middle school as the research object,using 40 middle schools which participating in Taiyuan city level competition as research samples to study the development status and Countermeasures of Three-Person Basketball,and draws the following conclusions:In Taiyuan middle school,Three-Person Basketball has built a good foundation.Through the "KFC Cup" Taiyuan high school Three-Person Basketball match,which held by Taiyuan Education Bureau and KFC company,1343 teams signed up in 2019,and more than 8000 students participated in the class League.The popularity of Three-Person Basketball has risen a lot in every middle school.Most middle school students love this playing style and show strong desire to participate in.(2)According to the matching between the number of basketball courts and students in each middle school in Taiyuan,Three-Person Basketball is more suitable in the campus.It offers a chance for more students to play sports and improve their physical quality.It also supports the development of Sunshine Sports.(3)However,in some schools,Three-Person Basketball has not been paid enough attention in the teaching process of P.E.Many students have not learned the three person basketball rules in the class.Some physical education teachers are not familiar with the Three-Person Basketball rules,which leads to the students stay away from the correct and standardized Three-Person Basketball teaching.(4)after the State General Administration of Sports has stipulated the Three-Person Basketball player level assessment system,Three-Person Basketball program will add to the individual enrollment for physical education college entrance examination in 2020(besides Five-Person Basketball).There is no doubt that the development of three-player basketball will be greatly advanced by this policy.(5)after the SWOT analysis of Three-Person Basketball on middle school students in Taiyuan City,it has worked out the following strategies:1.The growth-oriented strategy(SO): utilizing self opportunities and advantages;2.The torsional transformation strategy(WO): overcoming self weaknesses and taking advantage of opportunities;3.The diversified business strategy(ST): taking advantage of self weaknesses to avoid threats;4.The defensive strategy(WT): reducing their own weaknesses to avoid threats.(6)compared with Five-Person Basketball,Three-Person Basketball only requires less game time,smaller court and less money.
