SWOT Analysis And Development Strategy Research On Three-person College Basketball In Henan Province

Since the 32 nd Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020,the three-person basketball game will become officially an Olympic event with two gold medals for men and women.The Chinese three-person basketball team won the Asian games in Jakarta.Among the men's team that won the championship have three athletes,namely,ordinary workers,university teachers and college students separately.The achievement of college students laid the foundation for the development of three-person basketball in colleges and universities.By using literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,SWOT analysis,mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the students' awareness of the three-person basketball in Henan Province,the teaching and training,competition organization and development of the three-person basketball,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the three-person basketball in Henan Province,and puts forward the development countermeasures through SWOT analysis matrix.1.Three-person basketball sport has a good mass base among college students in Henan Province,students mainly learn about the development of three-person basketball through classmates,friends,internet,newspaper,magazine and many other ways.In school,50.4% of college students have a better understanding of three-person basketball,thus,the school has a good internal environment for the development of three-person basketball.2.The motivation of college students to participate in three-person basketball is mainly to build up their health and recreation.At the same time,they can make friends and improve their personal skills by participating in three-person basketball.The main way of participating in three-player basketball is competition,but it is not limited to three-person basketball game,which shows the flexibility of college students to participate in three-person basketball.There are 86.6% of the students participate in three-person basketball more than twice a week,and 95.1% of the students participate in three-person basketball more than 30 minutes each time,which indicate that the students' overall willingness to participate in three-person basketball is strong.3.Three-person basketball has a good teacher structure in the development of competitions,and the infrastructure can basically meet the needs of three-person basketball development.The three-person basketball competition is mainly carried out through various forms,such as school sponsorship,school-enterprise cooperation,sponsors and students' spontaneity.There is also a certain degree of randomness in the frequency of development,the number of participants is slightly inadequate,and the three-person basketball league system has not yet been formed.4.The curriculum of three-person basketball is slightly inadequate,only 4.3% of schools offer three-person basketball courses.The main factors affecting the development of three-person basketball teaching and training are competition influence,school attention,social propaganda,the formulation of relevant policies of Henan functional departments and so on.5.The colleges and universities in Henan play an active role in developing three-person basketball,which is mainly reflected in enriching the campus sports culture,promoting communication,enhancing social adaptability,improving the adaptability of the body,fighting bravely and improving the quality of the body's will.6.Through SWOT analysis on the development of three-person basketball in colleges and universities in Henan Province,the author found that the main advantages in the development process are mainly reflected in four aspects: geographical advantages,market advantages,teachers' advantages and mass-based advantages.The main disadvantages are the lag of competition system,the strangeness of basketball cognition and the weakness of college consciousness.The opportunities in the development of three-person basketball in Henan universities are mainly the efficiency of top-level design,the coordination of market demand and the continuity of national fitness.The main threats are manifested in the multi-source selection of materials,the lack of composite coaches and the recognition of traditional game safety.7.Through SWOT analysis matrix,this paper puts forward SO sustainable development strategy,WO twist development strategy,ST multi-factor integration development strategy and WT defensive development strategy for the development of three-person basketball in colleges and universities of Henan Province.
