Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Small Basketball Clubs In Mudanjiang City Based On SWOT Analysis

The 13 th five year plan for youth sports and the outline of healthy China 2030 plan issued by the state reflect that the state pays more and more attention to national health issues.However,as the hope and reserve force for China’s future development,how to make teenagers form the habit of lifelong sports and promote the development of physical and mental health has become the concern of many researchers.Since the China Basketball Association restarted the "small basketball development plan" in 2017,it has promoted the development of basketball and broadened the way of training basketball reserve talents in China.However,as a product of the "combination of society and sports",small basketball club has strong particularity and operability.It can effectively make up for the shortcomings of small basketball in the process of school promotion and implementation.It is one of the important carriers to promote small basketball in our country.Based on this background,this study takes the development status of small basketball clubs in Mudanjiang City as the research object,selects 6 clubs in Mudanjiang City as the survey object in the form of stratified sampling,and uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,SWOT analysis,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the development status of small basketball clubs in Mudanjiang City,and combines the survey data with SWOT analysis,Find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development process of Mudanjiang small basketball club,and finally put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the orderly development of small basketball clubs in this area according to the SWOT matrix.The conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows:The advantages of the development of Mudanjiang small basketball club are: to meet the actual needs of teenagers and children for basketball;Excellent student base;The monthly consumption of students in small basketball clubs is low;Small basketball club is a perfect way to contact customers.The disadvantages are: the facilities of small basketball court lag behind;Imperfect organization system;The professionalism of management personnel needs to be improved;The degree of specialization of coaches needs to be improved.The opportunities are: policy support;The need of basketball development;The development of network media and the influence of basketball programs;Small basketball events tend to be normalized.The threats are: lack of government supervision on training institutions and low threshold of market access;The development of small basketball in schools is not optimistic;The impact of other sports.According to the relationship between the elements of the SWOT matrix,this paper puts forward the following five targeted suggestions:（1）improve the organizational management of small basketball in Mudanjiang;（2）Mudanjiang municipal government increased the supervision and support of basketball training institutions;（3）Establish the joint training mode of Mudanjiang municipal government + Mudanjiang small basketball club;（4）Clarify the orientation and entry point of campus promotion in Mudanjiang;（5）Standardize the management and training of coaches of small basketball clubs in Mudanjiang city.
