With the rapid development of the economy,China 's per capita income continues to increase,social welfare is increasingly perfected,and the premise that residents 'material lives are effectively guaranteed.People have begun to pursue a healthier lifestyle and sports awareness has been continuously strengthened.As a result,the number of sports population is increasing.Sports demand continues to expand.The shortage of public stadium facilities resources is increasingly prominent,and there are very few places available for the public to conduct sports activities safely and efficiently.Primary and secondary schools have abundant stadium facilities.If reasonable arrangements can be made to promote the opening of primary and secondary school stadiums,it will have a positive significance in alleviating the shortage of public stadiums and resources.Wuhan Municipal Government and the Education Bureau officially announced the opening of 120 primary and secondary schools in 2017.There are 2573 standard stadiums in Wuhan,and primary and secondary schools account for 70% of the total.It has a large geographical distribution and has penetrated most of Wuhan's communities,providing great transportation convenience.If these primary and middle school stadiums can be actively and reasonably opened and effectively used,it will undoubtedly significantly ease the public sports facilities per capita in Wuhan.Insufficient contradictions.However,at present,primary and secondary sports stadiums are facing a series of difficulties such as a single overall resource,inadequate rules and regulations,insufficient professional management staff,and insufficient maintenance funds.These issues urgently require our attention and resolution.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the concept of sharing economy has gained popular support.The sharing economy focuses on the reuse of idle resources and emphasizes that the right to use is not the ownership.Wuhan has a large number of idle primary and secondary sports stadium resources.If these idle sports resources can be actively and fully utilized,Wuhan's per capita stadium area will be greatly enhanced and the choice of sports space for the masses will be enriched.This article takes Wuhan 's primary and secondary sports stadiums as the research object,and draws 19 samples from 120 primary and secondary schools that have been opened to the outside world,and comprehensively analyzes their opening hours,opening projects,opening goals,and management personnel.Careful investigation,based on the perspective of the sharing economy to examine the problems existing in its opening up,using the coupling effect principle of the sharing economy to explore the time,geographical environment,sports behavior,etc.between primary and secondary school stadium resources and urban residents' physical exercise needs The implementation conditions for efficient coupling between factors,and put forward effective countermeasures at the policy,capital,technology,publicity,and implementation levels.The overall measures are as follows:1.Further increase fiscal expenditures and encourage more primary and secondary schools to open stadiums to the outside world.2.Actively build an Internet platform and provide an efficient and fast information communication platform.3.Improve relevant laws and regulations to clarify the responsibilities of both parties.4.Expand the social attention of insufficient campus sports,actively mobilize social forces,and participate in the construction of campus sports.5.Improve safety guarantees,strengthen campus safety construction,and greatly reduce hidden dangers to campus safety risks caused by external prescriptions.
