As the successfully holding of Beijing Olympic games, the Bird s Nest stadium in Beijing andso as the other state-of-the-art venues and facilities in china were known and focused. Such as,the sixthSynchronized Swimming Grand Prix was planned to hold in Italy, but as the economic crisis it had beengiven up and suggested to be hold in china. In2013,The Badminton world championships is going to behold in Guangzhou. The upcoming of the Badminton world championships in2013,Guangzhou, the WorldGymnastics Championships in2014,Nanning, and the World Athletics Championships in2015,Beijingshows that the Chinese sport market has been noticed by sports community from all over the world. Moreand more world competition has come to china. That’s the value of attention.As an important part of sport area, stadiums resource is the vital material guarantee of theimprovement of sport and the foundation of national fitness program. Building stadiums properly andmaking full use of them is very important for the development of national fitness program. Schoolstadiums as the main force of all stadiums, the reasonable use of its resources acts an important significanceto the development of the fitness industry. The "National fitness program" also pointed out to integrate theresource of the school sports facilities and sports talent resources to achieve resources sharing. However,there are many problems in the use of Henan college stadiums.such as Lack of funds for construction andfollow-up maintenance costs, and under-utilization (especially the indoor stadium). through the Angle ofthe attention economy,this paper attempts to search for ways and makes suggestions to promote thesustainable development of university sports venues to alleviate its resource and funds pressure.This study surveyed basic situation and consumers of12universities’ stadium in Henan provincethrough literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method,logical method and other methods. Analysised the survey data, I drawn the following conclusions:1.All the12universities has few stadiums and a low per capita share of resources. The shortageof funding resource and unscientific management of university stadiums of Henan province makes itimpossible to meet the demands of college students. And it shows waste of some of the stadium resources.2.Advertisements can guide the sports consumers.because universities seldom promote their stadium through advertisement,few consumers know informations about the stadium resources. In addition,a proper price can draw consumers’ attention. But the single pricing standard of most of the collegestadiums against them to attract more consumers. As many sport consumers are willing to learninformations about stadiums online,providing online service is a good way to attract more attentions forcollege stadiums. Offering multi-sport event can attract consumers as well.3. The naming right of college stadiums is affected by enterprises, universities, and governmentpolicies etc. the utilization of stadium and sports event has a deep influence on add funded. BOT, socialdonations are also good financial options.4. Most social groups has a very high sports awareness and sports consumption ability. theservices,promotion of college stadiums has impact on target consumers’ interests and participations. Thepublic relations efforts and ideology of school leaders, the school’s reputation and investors’ideology, canall affect investors’ attention.5. To draw sports consumer and investor’s attention, school leaders and the venue managersshould change concept, unified understanding; The school should strengthen the propaganda to improveschool reputation, introduct high level sports event to attract sports fans watch the games, set up sportsclubs and sports training, offer sports service for the enterprises and institutions and open the door to thepublic to increase the exposure.
