Body function training is a new scientific and efficient training mode applied to competitive sports training.In recent years,some experts and scholars have quoted it into school physical education.This study attempts to introduce the body function training into the tennis special class curriculum,through the experimental study of how the body function training affects the tennis special class students' service success rate compared with the traditional physical training,so as to provide a real reference for the body function training to be introduced into the College Physical Education Curriculum.In this study,30 boys in tennis special class who have two to three years of tennis special training foundation and have a basic grasp of serve technical actions are selected as the experimental subjects for 16 weeks of experimental teaching.In order to ensure that there is no difference in physical quality and special level of the experimental subjects,the basic physical quality,FMS and serve success rate are tested before and after the experiment,and the data between and within the group are compared From the data obtained from the questionnaire,through statistical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The results of 50 m,pull-up and sit forward flexion in the experimental group were significantly improved;the results of 50 m,1000m and pull-up in the control group were significantly improved,and the improvement of 1000 m was greater than that in the experimental group.It shows that in the aspect of basic physical quality training,physical function training and traditional physical training have their own advantages.2.In terms of FMS test results,the test group's scores before and after test were significantly improved;the control group's scores of squat,active leg lifting,and trunk stability push ups were significantly improved;the test group's and the control group's scores after test were significantly higher than the control group's.The results show that the improvement of FMS test performance by body function training is better than that by traditional physical training.3.For the success rate of service,both the experimental group and the control group have improved,but the increase of performance in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group.There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the post test.Compared with the traditional physical training,the physical function training has a more obvious effect on the success rate of College Students' tennis service.4.The number of students in the experimental group who are very interested insubjective emotion is much higher than that in the control group,which shows that physical function training can improve students' interest in the classroom more than traditional physical training.5.In terms of active learning and learning attitude,it can be seen from the questionnaire that the students in the experimental group are better than those in the control group both in the number of exercises after class and in the classroom performance,indicating that physical function training can improve students' learning enthusiasm more than traditional physical training.6.In terms of self-evaluation,the students in the experimental group are more comprehensive in self recognition and more satisfied with their service level than those in the control group,which shows that the physical function training can improve the service level and self-confidence of students more than the traditional physical training.7.In the aspect of training mode satisfaction,the experimental group students are more satisfied with the training effect and the total curriculum satisfaction than the control group,which shows that the body function training can improve the students' recognition and training level better than the traditional physical training.Therefore,this paper suggests that the introduction of physical function training into tennis teaching is conducive to improving the success rate of tennis service of the students in the selected classes.
