The new seventh grade students have experienced the transformation from primary school to junior high school.Facing the new learning environment and the change of learning methods,they have many maladjustments.They are in the critical stage of physical and mental development,and improper guidance will lead to some serious bad behaviors in their study and life.These bad behaviors not only affect the normal teaching order in the classroom,but also affect the teachers' attitude towards daily teaching,lead to the tension between teachers and students,bring difficulties to the management of school students to a certain extent,and affect the harmonious relationship between parents and children and the stable development of society in the long run.This kind of bad behavior is especially obvious among the students in tumed Left Banner of Hohhot city where the author is located.The parents are blindly pursuing high-quality education resources and send their children to the middle school in the city,resulting in the overall student source of Qi county middle school becoming worse and worse.In addition,the quality of parents is generally low,and some of the left behind children lack of family education for a long time,and the bad behaviors of the students occur from time to time.In this paper,the author of the second middle school in Zuoqi,tumed seventh grade students as the research object,launched on the seventh grade students' bad behavior education management and transformation of countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part describes the source and significance of the topic,summarizes the existing research results on the problem of bad behavior,collates the relevant concepts,and provides theoretical guidance for the writing of the full text.The second part is the research and design of the whole thesis.According to the actual situation of the school,the author takes the students of 16 classes in grade seven as the research object,and together with 16 class teachers,ideological and political teachers and school-based teachers,carries out the countermeasure research on the bad behavior of the students in grade seven,and sets the research plan according to the research purpose and research object.The third part is based on the fact that the seventh grade students in the research school have serious bad behaviors,combined with the questionnaire survey,according to the characteristics of the seventh grade students,it lists eight kinds of serious bad behaviors,such as: disrespect for teachers,smoking and drinking,fighting,truancy,damage to public goods,watching and listening to pornography,obscene products,reading materials,hand holding At the same time,taking the research school as an example,this paper describes the time,place and participants of these behaviors.Secondly,from the 16 class teachers and the school political and educational department to understand the facts of the bad behavior,and combined with the questionnaire survey results of nearly 900 seventh grade students in the school,based on the facts,from the four angles of family,school,students themselves and society,to analyze the causes of some students' bad behavior,mainly reflected in the bottom of family education level and the simple way of parents' education Rough,the system of school management is not perfect,pay more attention to achievement than behavior restriction,do not pay attention to the behavior standard education of the seventh grade students,the students have strong self-awareness but no will to work hard,can not experience the positive emotions brought by success,the surrounding living environment is poor,the neighbors are not enterprising,some bad culture in the network media has an impact on the seventh grade students Ring,etc.The fourth part of the author and class teachers together to use the advantages of grade group management,seize the seventh grade this most plastic key period,from the school management,class management twoaspects of action countermeasures.In carrying out the research on the overall implementation countermeasures of the good behavior standard education of the seventh grade students in the second middle school of Tumert Zuo Banner,the author puts forward how to implement the strict dormitory management system,and the class teachers work together with the hostel teachers to manage each other and effectively suppress it.In class management,from the aspect of students' self-management and group binding evaluation,we should strengthen the students' inner self-control to transform the bad behavior.In view of the bad behavior of individual students,we can restrain the students' bad habits and transform the students' bad behavior by exerting class influence and excavating interest...
