Each of us came from elementary and middle schools and we also experienced the management of our class teachers and teachers.It should be said that their starting point is good.They all hope that we can have a good result,can go up to high school smoothly.But because of the different management ideas,there are many problems in the seventh grade class management in the rural areas.The educational concept of junior high school which is not scientific does not adapt in the new period,and has also produced many negative effects.The research is mainly divided into the following several aspects: First,to introduce the class management theory of the seventh grade in rural areas and the related content.Secondly,to analyze the management concept,management content,management method,management effect according to the questionnaire on the seventh grade students in rural areas and point out some problems.The class management ideas are obsolete.Methods are simple.The management contents are one-sided,the assessments on students are subjective,and students' developments are inflexible.Finally,to put forward the solution.Special attention should be paid to the constructing class teacher teams,improving the scientific class management mode,cultivating students' ability of independent and creating a good atmosphere of class management.The research focuses on solving the problems existing in the management of the seventh grade in rural areas.It aims to combine theoretical research with practical problems to highlight the practicality of the research.This study can adapt to the new requirements of the society for the management of the class,and it can provide some theory evidences in the classroom management for junior high school teachers.
