Since the 21st century,the related research on core literacy in foreign countries is gradually increasing,and the domestic research is also warming up.In order to investigate the implementation of mathematics subject ability training,this paper discusses from the content dimension and level dimension,analyzes the current situation of seventh grade students' mathematical operation ability,and investigates the seventh grade students' mathematical operation ability.According to the evaluation framework of mathematical operation ability development,261 seventh grade students from three junior middle schools in Hangzhou were classified and evaluated.Firstly,it defines the connotation of mathematical core literacy and mathematical operation ability.Thirdly,mathematics operation ability can be divided into three levels: concept reproduction,method operation and reasoning.The subjects with a score of 0.50 or above in "concept reappearance level" were recorded as "level 1",those with a score of 0.50 or above in "method connection" as "level 2",those with a score of 0.50 or above in "argumentation and communication level" as "level 3",and those with a score of 0.50 or above in "level 1" as "level 0",It is divided into four levels.Finally,the mathematics operation ability of the seventh grade students is evaluated.In this study,"level 2" is defined as reaching the standard,combined with lectures,questionnaires,etc.,to analyze the situation of students' mathematical operation ability reaching the standard and discuss the reasons for not reaching the standard.The results of this study are as follows:(1)from the current situation of the overall mathematical operation ability,the average score rate of statistics and probability in the three content dimensions is the highest,and the average score rate of number and algebra in the three content dimensions is the lowest(2)The dimension of graph and geometry content is the highest standard rate,followed by statistics and probability,number and algebra(3)The number and algebra standard rate are the lowest,statistics and probability are the second,and the weak reading ability and careless calculation are the important reasons for the loss of score(4)There are differences in mathematics calculation ability,gender and school among students in Grade 7.The following suggestions are put forward to improve the mathematics operation ability of junior high school:(1)strengthen the learning of concept and understanding of formula(2)Deepen the understanding of method operation and reasoning(3)Pay attention to the cultivation of students' problem-solving habits(4)To cultivate students' good psychological quality and good learning attitude.
