The professional stress of preschool teachers is an unpleasant emotional experience caused by the interaction of various factors in the preschool education environment.Psychological capital is a positive psychological state shown by individuals,including confidence,optimism,hope and resilience.As the bearer of occupational stress,preschool teachers' psychological capital level can not only directly lead to occupational stress,but also affect the subjective experience of occupational stress caused by external reasons.Psychological capital level is composed of four elements: self-confidence,optimism,hope and resilience.By improving the four elements of psychological capital level of preschool teachers,the professional pressure of preschool teachers can be alleviated.In this study,the preschool teachers in city were taken as the research object,and the occupational stress and psychological capital level of preschool teachers in city were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The survey results show that preschool teachers in have great professional pressure and their psychological capital is at the lower-middle level.By using spss25 software to analyze the correlation between professional stress and psychological capital data of preschool teachers in Hohhot,the result shows that the correlation coefficient between professional stress and psychological capital of preschool teachers in Hohhot is-0.915,showing an obvious negative correlation.From the perspective of psychological capital,this paper puts forward some strategies to relieve occupational stress,focusing on preschool teachers and supplemented by society,kindergartens and parents of preschool children.Teachers can improve their psychological capital level by improving their self-efficacy,being full of hope for their career prospects,being positive and optimistic in the face of difficulties,and strengthening their resilience,thus alleviating their professional pressure.Kindergarten creates a relaxed working environment for kindergarten teachers,meets the reasonable development needs of kindergarten teachers,and actively guides the bad emotions of kindergarten teachers;Parents of preschool children change their unreasonable expectations of preschool teachers and actively cooperate with preschool teachers in their daily work;The society actively establishes the positive image of preschool teachers,and improves the entry threshold and salary of preschool teachers.The joint efforts of kindergarten,parents and society can effectively provide support for preschool teachers to improve their psychological capital level,and then relieve their professional pressure.
