In recent years,with the education and teaching tasks,social public opinion and child safety and other factors to bring great pressure to kindergarten teachers,children's teachers have become high-pressure groups.The occupational stress of preschool teachers not only affects themselves,but also affects the healthy growth of young children.In this study,how to ease the occupational stress of preschool teachers in Baiyun District and improve the sense of professional well-being,the preschool teachers in Baiyun District of Guiyang City were selected as the research object,and the occupational stress of preschool teachers was taken as the research content.On the basis of collecting and collating relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper reviews the literature from three aspects: stress,teacher occupational stress and preschool teachers' occupational stress.Based on the questionnaire of the preschool teachers' occupational stress status questionnaire of Cao Rui,a master student of Northeast Normal University,the questionnaire on occupational stress of preschool teachers in Baiyun District of Guiyang was compiled.The questionnaire was divided into teaching work,personal ability and development,and colleagues.Relationship with family,children and parents,social status and salary,kindergarten organization and management.Questionnaires were used to survey 217 teachers in Baiyun District,and interviews were conducted with 11 preschool teachers.Based on the analysis of quality and quantity,the study draws the following conclusions: 1.The kindergarten teachers in Baiyun District of Guiyang City are under heavy occupational pressure;2.The preschool teachers in Baiyun District of Guiyang City have different levels of occupational stress.Finally,according to the research results,from the teaching work,children and parents,family and colleagues,personal ability and future professional development,social status and salary and other aspects,it is proposed to reduce the workload of preschool teachers,carry out various forms of home activities,professional training for preschool teachers.Diversify,improve the salary of preschool teachers,preschool teachers themselves must scientifically understand the pressure,and build a corresponding mitigation strategy and recommendations for stress management strategies.
