Research On The Development Status And Countermeasure Of Badminton Sports Team In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Badminton in China has a broad mass base,whether it is social or school,badminton is generally popular with people,but also because of badminton's own sports characteristics,especially by young people.At present,badminton in colleges and universities gradually developed and popularized,the national university badminton tournament gradually increased,the country's well-known colleges and universities have set up college badminton sports team to participate in badminton competition,and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as China's economically underdeveloped region,until April 2019 only held the first regional college students badminton competition,therefore,The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region universities have set up badminton sports team to participate.Through the investigation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region University Games Badminton Games undergraduate campus group of nine collegebadminton badminton players and coaches to investigate,to find out the current stage of the problems of the university sports team,analysis of the problem,for the future development of sports team to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,literature method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method to investigate the current situation of the inner mongolia autonomous region sports team,the survey data and data analysis to obtain the following conclusions: 1.From the overall point of view of the college sports teams in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the current development of sports teams is not perfect,and the national college badminton team environment,Inner Mongolia university badminton team has the characteristics of late start and low overall level of competition,and the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region university badminton sports team area is very unbalanced.2.The management of the badminton sports teams in colleges and universities is not perfect enough,and the management of the badminton sports team should be further strengthened.3.The daily training of college sports teams is not systematic,there is a lack of coaching guidance for the usual training,and the focus of training is still technical.4.The single sources of funding for sports teams come from school grants.At this stage,the source of the members of the badminton team of various colleges and universities is still ordinary college students,the technical level is low.6.The contradiction between athletes' learning and training is widespread.7.Most coaches have a long coaching life,but lack of professional badminton experience;Combined with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the following countermeasures are put forward for the sustainable development of the badminton sports teams of various colleges and universities: 1.Organize high-level events in the whole region to enhance the overall competitive strength of the sports teams 2.Develop relevant systems,strengthen the management of badminton teams 3.Guarantee and strengthen daily training 4.Seek corporate sponsorship to broaden training funding channels 5.Widen ingesting enrollment channels 6.Solve the contradiction between team members' learning and training 7.Strengthen the continuing education of coaches and improve the professional ability of coaches...
