Rope skipping is widely used in elementary school physical education classes.As a product of the inheritance and development of skipping,fancy rope skipping is popular among young people because of its diverse forms and simple structure.With the awakening of national fitness awareness and the implementation of quality-oriented education needs,primary schools attach great importance to the development of school-based curriculum and the development of school sports characteristics,and there are differences in the development and research of school-based curriculum.Through the study of rope skipping,it provides the basis for promoting the mental health development of primary school students,urges students and parents to establish the correct concept of sports,and provides support for the developmentThrough the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the effect of rope skipping on the physical and mental health of primary school students as the research object,and takes 87 primary school students in the fourth grade of Wencheng United Primary School in Tai'an City as the experimental object,and conducts 12 week rope skipping experiment teaching to demonstrate the effect of rope skipping on the physical and mental health of primary school students.According to the National Students' physical health standard,BMI,vital capacity,one minute sit ups,one minute rope skipping,50 meter running,and sitting forward bending were selected as physical fitness test items.The mental health was assessed by the questionnaire on the psychological effect of physical exercise for teenagers.The data before and after the experiment were processed with spss24.0,and the results after the experiment were statistically analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The fancy skipping exercise can promote the body shape,physical function and physical fitness of the pupils.Make a longitudinal comparison of two groups of pupils,and the data changes obviously after the experiment.2.There are very significant differences between the two groups of students in sports participation and sports attention there are significant differences in sports transformation;there is no significant difference in personal sports interests.After the experiment,the pupils participating in the trick rope training are more interested in the sports learning than the pupils in the regular teaching.3.Compared with the control group,the physical quality and passing rate of the primary school students in the experimental group were significantly improved after the experiment.The trick rope skipping practice promoted the physical fitness development of the primary school students.4.Peer relationship,reasonable attribution,activity enthusiasm,and social support in the experimental group have more obvious changes compared with the control group.After the experiment,the psychological effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the experiment,and the control group changed generally after the experiment.There was no significant difference in subjective perception of body in the experimental group before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in self-adjustment between the experimental group and the control group.5.Research on the effect of pattern skipping interest of primary school students after pattern skipping training.It is found that the experimental group of primary school students has a higher evaluation of the effect of pattern skipping after the experiment.Among them,the interest in pattern skipping is 88.1%,and the effect of pattern skipping practice is well reflected.6.Through interviews with the pupils after the experiment,we learned that the pupils in the experimental group are satisfied with the effect of pattern skipping,but there are insufficient teaching experience in the curriculum and content arrangement;the teaching methods and intensity control are not strict enough,which will be used in future teaching Need to improve in the process.To sum up,it can stimulate the interest of primary school students in sports,stimulate their enthusiasm to participate in sports activities,promote the development of physical form,physical function and physical quality of primary school students,improve peer relations,and promote mental health.It is suggested that the proportion of skipping rope should be increased and the difficulty of skipping should be adjusted according to the degree of students' learning.Organize a series of rope skipping competitions to raise students' attention.
