| Objective:This thesis attempts to study the health status among the Fuzhou urban kindergarten students and develop countermeasures to promote the students’health with rope skipping exercise, thus offering theoretical guidance for the health improvement among these children. Methods:Adopt literature method, experimental method, test method and mathematical statistics to study the top class children in Fuzhou urban kindergartens, especially the children in Fuzhou Jiezuo Kindergarten.Result:Among the 5 year-old children in Fuzhou City, compared to the findings in 2010, in 2014:1. The height and weight of boys showed a rising trend while the girls’ height and weight declined.2. The quiet heart rate index showed an increase for both the boys and the girls.3. The boys’ performance in balance beam, both-feet successive jump and throwing tennis improved while there was a decline in boys’ standing long jump, 10-meter shuttle run; and girls’ 10-meter shuttle run. Conclusion:Based on the physiological, psychological and age characteristics of the top class students in kindergarten, rope skipping exercise is adopted as an intervention means. After four and a half months of such intervention in Fuzhou Rongqiao Jiezuo Kindergarten, the 5-year-old children have grown taller, strengthened their vital capacity; and reduced their resting heart rate. The boys have improved their performance in standing long jump,10-meter shuttle run, balance beam, and both-feet successive. The girls have also done better in the standing long jump,10-meter shuttle run, both-feet successive jump. In particular, those girls who originally stayed behind in height, weight, quiet heart rate,10-meter shuttle run and both-feet successive jump have improved significantly after 4.5 months of rope skipping exercise. |
