The Research Of The Cultivation Of College Students' Responsible Spirit From The Perspective Of New Generation

We are in a new era.This era is a great era for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is also the best time for college students to make great efforts and undertake the glorious mission given by history.Whether we can grasp the opportunity of The Times and give a satisfactory answer to our country and nation fundamentally depends on whether our contemporary college students can recognize their historical position and establish a strong sense of responsibility for The Times.At present,the domestic and international environment is undergoing extensive and profound changes.From a broader international perspective,the world is facing a major change unprecedented in a century.A new outbreak of crown highlights the characteristics of this major change.At country,after more than 70 years of unremitting efforts,we have gone through the historical stage of "standing up" and "getting rich",and socialism with Chinese characteristics is on the road to "becoming stronger".However,at the same time,a series of outstanding problems and challenges are constantly presented,the ideology is more complex,the short-term and long-term contradictions are superimposed,the risks and challenges faced and the unpredictable things are more and more.To solve these outstanding contradictions and problems,it is urgent for college students to have the courage to face up to the difficulties,cultivate the spirit of responsibility of The Times,do what Mr.Lu Xun said,the people who work hard,the people who lay down their life for righteousness,the people who plead for the people,the people who give up their lives,become the backbone of China.This is the responsibility of history and the need of The Times.The personal growth of contemporary college students is closely related to the development of the country.Under the background of the new era,responsibility is an important quality that contemporary college students should have.The cultivation of the spirit of responsibility is helpful to enhance the initiative of college students to assume historical responsibilities,to train college students to be the backbone of the great rejuvenation of the nation,and to make college students a new generation fighting for the realization of the rejuvenation of the nation.This paper focuses on the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility,which is studied from four aspects: the overview of the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility,the theoretical basis and practical value of the cultivation of their sense of responsibility,the investigation of the existing problems and causes of the cultivation of their sense of responsibility,and the planning of the path of the cultivation of their sense of responsibility.First,on the basis of defining the basic concepts of cultivating college students' sense of responsibility from the perspective of the new generation of The Times,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between the new generation of The Times and the spirit of responsibility,and briefly introduces the content of the spirit of responsibility from the perspectives of cognitive,emotion,volition and practice.This lays a foundation for the research on cultivating college students' sense of responsibility.Second,from the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings and the ideology of responsibility ethics of Chinese traditional culture,the author traces the theoretical basis of college students' responsibility cultivation.In addition,the realistic value of cultivating the spirit of responsibility is analyzed from four dimensions of college students,colleges,society and country.It is more convincing to cultivate college students' sense of responsibility from the perspective of the new generation.Third,in the process of cultivating students' sense of responsibility in colleges and universities,there are four major problems,such as insufficient self-cultivation ability,weak family cultivation strength,inefficient school cultivation mode and poor social cultivation atmosphere.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility,this paper mainly analyzes the problems from the perspectives of college students themselves,family,school and society.The discussion of the problems and the analysis of the causes are conducive to the path of cultivating the spirit of targeted planning and responsibility and enhancing the effectiveness of the cultivation.Fourth,we should cultivate college students' sense of responsibility by renewing self-education,consolidating family style,optimizing education mode and multi subject participation.In this way,college students can realize the unity of knowledge,affection and action in the practice and promotion of the spirit of responsibility,and externalize the spirit of responsibility into the behavioral habit of the struggle for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so as to eventually train college students into the new generation with ideals,abilities and responsibilities.
