The ultimate goal of education is to realize self-education,and in the future.Self-education will take the lead education,guide students to become their own education subject.From other people's education to self-education.Self-management is a comprehensive behavior in which self is in the process of social system survival.In the process of establishing social social relations with others,driven by some kind of motivation,self-making plans,and using self-knowledge and ability to reflect on self-practice and thinking methods,and constantly revise the direction to achieve the goal of comprehensive behavior.In the process of self-management,primary school students learn to learn,active thinking,hands-on practice,self-reflection,not only to improve self-management ability,but also the core quality of the development process of an indispensable and important plate.Through the combing of the literature of self-management in recent years,this paper puts forward that the self-management structure is composed of three systems,namely self-motivation system,self-intelligence system and self-regulation system,which is based on the investigation of the current situation of self-management of primary school students in J province,and puts forward the promotion strategy.This paper is divided into four parts the first part is the introduction,mainly includes the problem of eating,research purpose and research significance,domestic and foreign research summary research ideas and research methods,the second part is the summary of the self-management of primary school students,including the definition of relevant concepts,self-management capacity model,the structure of primary school students' self-management ability,According to the driving force of self-management,self-management power system,including self-management,self-belief management,self-ideal management,self-emotional management,from the self-management content and areas of self-management of the intelligent structure,based on the mufti-intelligence theory,the intelligent structure into self-logic intelligence,self-language intelligence,Self-spatial intelligence,self-body operation intelligence,self-musical intelligence,self-introspective intelligence,self-human intelligence,self-natural exploration intelligence,from the process of self-management,self-management self-regulation system,including self-awareness management,self-execution management,self-planning management,self-reflection management,and self-regulation management.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of self-management of primary school students,based on the three systems of self-management,found that the self-motivation system of primaryschool students self-management power is insufficient,the power source is single,self-intelligence system self-logic intelligence,self-introspective intelligence,self-natural exploration intelligence is below the average level of development can only be developed.In the self-regulation system,primary school students can not correctly understand themselves,self-planning on the dependence of others,self-execution is not deep enough,self-reflection frequency is low,can not control their own behavior and emotions and other problems,here,found that there is a greater room for improvement in the cultivation of self-management ability of primary school students in China.The fourth part is the study of the promotion strategy of self-management of primary school students,with a view to improving the level of self-management of primary school students.The study expounds the internal structure of self-management in detail,explains the formation mode of self-management ability,explores a new direction for the current self-management structure research,investigates the current development of self-management ability of primary school students and analyzes it.This study focuses on the current situation of self-management ability of primary school students,and can also provide reference for the study of self-management ability in other segments,so as to promote the development of students' core quality and realize the all-round development of human beings.
