A Study On Chinese Public Higher Schools' Internal Management System Reformation

Based on education system theory, this thesis focuses on Chinese public higher schools' internal management system. The problems and their reasons among Chinese public higher schools' internal management system were discussed, and some advices were given out, which provided reference for the reformation of Chinese public higher schools' internal management system. The thesis was divided into four parts as follows.The instruction introduced this thesis's study aims, study contents, literature summarizing, study significance and study methods.In the first part, education system theory was summarized. These concepts were defined, such as education system, higher education system and higher schools' internal management system. Education system theory was discussed briefly to afford theory supports.In the second part, problems and their reasons among Chinese public higher schools' internal management system were discussed. Problems and their reasons among Chinese public higher schools internal leadership system, implementation system, consultation system, supervision and feedback system were analyzed concretely.In the third part, Countermeasures of perfecting Chinese public higher schools' internal management system were discussed. Aiming at those problems analyzed in the second part, countermeasures of perfecting Chinese public higher schools' internal management system and its four systems were put forward.
