Objective: The purpose of the study: studying the effects of hypoxic exercise on serum ET? BNP?CPP? cTnT levels in obese rats.The effect of injury is expected to provide a basis for improving myocardial injury and cardiovascular function in obese patients.Methods: In this experiment,80 male SD rats aged 3 to 4 weeks were selected as the research object.Ten SD rats were randomly selected to be fed with ordinary feed and used as a control group,and the remaining 70 SD rats were fed with high-fat feed and as experimental group.During the modeling period,all rats were allowed to drink and eat freely.After 16 weeks of feeding,the Lee's index in the experimental group was significantly greater than in the control group and the weight of the experimental group was significantly greater than 10% of the weight of the control group as obese rats meet the obesity standard and randomly divided into 4 different experimental groups.These were named obese normoxia control group(NQ),obese hypoxia control group(HQ),obese normoxic exercise group(NE),obese hypoxia exercise group(HE).Each group had 7 obese rats.Both the obese normoxic quiet group and the obese normoxic exercise group lived under normal oxygen concentration,of which the excess normoxic exercise group carried out 5-week exercise intervention,exercise intervention 6 days per week,1hour per day,and the treadmill speed was controlled at 25m/min.The obese hypoxic control group and the obese hypoxic exercise group were exposed to hypoxic conditions with oxygen concentration of 13.6% for 8 hours every day.1 hour per day,the treadmill speed was controlled at 20m/min.Before and after the training,rats were tested for body weight,body length,rat blood lipids,and serum ET-1,BNP,CPP,and cTnT levels.Perirenal fat epididymal fat and heart weight were also tested in the rats after the training.Results:1)After 16 weeks of obesity modeling,the weight of rats in the obese group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p <0.01);the Lee's index of the obese group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05);TG and HDL-C in obese group were significantly higher than those in control group(p <0.05);serum ET-1,BNP,CPP and cTnT concentrations in obese group were significantly higher than those in normal conorol group(P <0.05).2)After five weeks of training,fat coefficient,Lee's index,and the weight of the exercise group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p <0.01);the weight of the hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that of the normoxic exercise group(p <0.05)3)After five weeks of training,the levels of TC,LDL-C,and TG in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the normoxic control group(p <0.01),and the TC and TG in the hypoxia and control groups were significantly lower than those in the normoxic control group(P <0.05);HDL-C levels in the hypoxic exercise group were significantly higher than those in the normoxic control group(P <0.05).4)After five weeks of training,the serum ET-1 concentration in the exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.01),and the serum ET-1concentration in the hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the normoxic exercise group(P < 0.05);the serum BNP concentration in the exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05),and the serum BNP concentration in the hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than the normoxic exercise group(P <0.05).5)Comparison of serum CPP and cTnT between groups after five-week training.Compared with the normoxic control group,the CPP and cTnT contents in the hypoxic and normoxic exercise groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),the serum CPP content of the hypoxic exercise group was the lowest,but there was NO significant difference compared with the serum CPP of the normoxic exercise group;the cTnT content of the hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that of the hypoxic coNTrol group(P <0.01).The content of cTnT in hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that in ntrmoxic exercise group(P <0.05).6)After five weeks of training,in terms of cardiac weight index,the value of the hypoxic exercise group was the highest,followed by the normoxic exercise group,in which the cardiac weight index of the hypoxic exercise group was significantly different from each group(P <0.05)The cardiac weight index of the normoxic exercise group was significantly higher than that of the normoxic control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1)In this experimental model,five-week exercise intervention reduceed body weight in obese rats and found that five-week hypoxic exercise can reduce body weight better.2)In this experimental model,the cardiac gravimetric index of obese hypoxic exercise group was higher than that of the other three groups after 5 weeks exercise intervention,serum CPP level is lower than the other three groups and the ET-1?BNP?CPP?cTnT level of obese rats was significantly reduced by 5 weeks hypoxic exercise.It is suggested that the hypoxic exercise regimen in this study can regulate myocardial injury and cardiovascular function in obese rats.
