| Research Objective:to study the influence of Intermittent endurance sports on the body composition and leptin and insulin resistance of the obese rats in hypoxic environment and discuss the possible cause of weight loss by intermittent endurance sports so as to provide theory basis and guidelines Research Methods:by doing comparative researches between 25 rats fed with normal diet and 178 rats fed with high fat diet,all ofwhich were randomly selected from 203 SPF male SD rats of 6-week old,and then select the obese rats with the standard of the wight increase of the second group minus that of the first group and add one-time standard deviation.8of the rats fed with normal diet were selected as control group,namely,NS group.by adaptable training,56 SD rats from those fed with high fat diet were devided into 7 groups to guarantee the consistent weight of the rats in each group as the group of LNS,HNS,LLC,LLI,LHI HLI and HHI.The endurant training group conducted4-week endurance training on animal treadmillwhile the intermittent one 4-week intermittent endurance training.Both of the group were trained for 60 minutes at the intensity of 22 meter per minute for five days a week in normal oxygen environment while 20 meters per minute in hypoxia environment.The endurant group finish the training in one time effort while the intermittent one in two times efforts with an interval of 6hours.During the experiment,the weight of rats would be measured on Monday morning after 12hours’ fasting and 2 hours’ water deprivation.The food intake of rats would be calculated by collecting the folders at 8o’ clock every Sunday.Sports intervention lasted for four weeks before the rats were put to death after12hours’ rest.Their abdominal aorta were blood-collected to further research and then measure the weight on electronic scales of renal week,epididymal fat,gastrocnemius muscle and myocardial after they were cleaned in normal saline and dehydrated by filter paper.Results:1.By the end of 4-week experiment,the weights of rats in HHI,LHI,HLI have been remarkably lower than that of rats in LNS and HNS(p<0.05),and the wight of rats in HHI were remarkably lower that of rats in LLC.More specificly,the weight of rats in HHI has gain a more remarkable decrease than that of HLI and LHI,with a subtle decrease compared with that of LLC and LLI.2.By the end of 4-week experiment,the week of kidney fat and epididymal fat of rats inthe group of HHI,HLI and LHIwere lower than that in HNS and LNS.The week of kidney fat and epididymal fat of rats inthe group of HHI were remarkably lower than that of LLC(P<0.05)The body fat of rats in the group of HHI,HLI and LHI were lower than that of HNS and LNS.The body fat of rats in the group of hypoxic exercise was lower than that in normal oxygen exercise.And the body fat in HHI group was remarkably lower than that in HLI and LHI(P<0.05).Under low oxygen environment intermittent endurance exercise can effectively improve the body fat of obese rats,and the intermittent effect of HHI performed best.3.By the end of 4-week experiment,the levels of serum TC of rats in the group of HHI,HLI and LHI were lower than that of LNS.The levels of serum TC of rats in the group of hypoxic exercise was lower than that in normal oxygen exercise.TG of rats in the group of HHI,HLI and LHI were lower than that of LNS.TG level in the group of HHI and LHI were lower than that in LLC and LLI but just with little difference.After 4-week experiment,low density lipoprotein of rats in the group of HHI,LHI and HLI were lower than that of LNS,with HHI lower than LLC and LLI.HDL level in the group of HHI,LHI and HLI were higher than that of LNS with LHI and HLI higher than LLC.4.By the end of 4-week experiment,the levels of leptin of rats in the group of LHI and HHI were lower than that of LNS and HNS.The levels of leptin of rats in the group of HHI,HLI and LHI ware lower than that in LNS and HNS.,but just with little difference.The levels of insulin of rats in the group of HHI,HLI and LHI were lower than that of LLC and LLI.As for blood glucose,HHI and HLI were lower than LNS and HHI,HLI,LHI lower than LLC and LLI.The insulin index in HHI and LHI were lower than LNS and HNS,but similar with that of HNS.The levels of insulin of rats in the group of hypoxic exercise was lower than that in normal oxygen exercise.The insulin index in HHI and LHI and LHI were lower than LNS.The levels of insulin of rats in the group of hypoxic exercise was lower than that in normal oxygen exercise but with little difference.Conclusion:From the effect of weight loss,we can conclude that HHI>HLI>LHI>LLI Intermittent endurance sports have sound impact on body composition of fat bodies in hypoxic environment that can effectively reduce the fat of obese rats in hypoxic environment the intermittent endurance sports can reduce the TG and increase LDL-C level,thus benifiting blood lipid.In hypoxic environment the intermittent endurance sports can reducethe insulin index and insulin resistance index,influence the insulin sensitivity of obese bodies.so we can say the intervention of hypoxic sports to reducethe food input of fat bodies may be the important factor for weight loss of obese rats. |
