Objective: To study the different modes of hypoxic training weight reduction effectsand mechanisms, to provide a scientific basis for further exploration of new theories andmethods of weight reduction.Methods:100male SD rats (weighing251.89±23.57g) were randomly divided intonormal diet and a high fat diet2080. After20weeks feeding, according to the incrementalweight of rats fed high-fat diet is greater than the incremental weight of rats fed a normaldiet plus one times the mean standard deviation as a standard screening obese obese rats50. From rats fed a normal diet as a normal diet selected seven control group, whichnormally quiet control group (NS group). From50obese rats, after adaptive trainingscreened42obese rats were divided into six groups, to ensure consistent mean weight ofeach group of rats were randomly divided into the low-fat group stayed quiet (FLSgroup), obesity, high stay quiet group (FHS group), low fat HiLo training group (FLTgroup), high-fat high-living training group (FHT group), obesity LoHi group (FLHTgroup), living high and training low fat group (FHLT group). Hypoxic rats interventionunder simulated altitude of3000m of the experimental conditions of life training. Animaltraining rats horizontal treadmill endurance training four weeks, be22m/min×60min/d×5d/w×4w training normoxic rat training group; hypoxic training group rats20m/min×60min/d×5d/w×4w training, training intensity exercise group were determined byblood lactate unity. During the test rats were weighed weekly body weight, feeding twicea week, and each carefully collected and recorded the remaining food. Before the test, thetest two weekends, measuring resting metabolic rate in rats4weekend. After the end ofthe experiment the rats were sacrificed abdominal aortic blood tested, and stripped of itsperirenal, epididymal fat, gastrocnemius, quadriceps and myocardial weighing its weight. The Results:1. According to the obese group is greater than one standard weight increment methodof common control group mean difference and high fat feed formulation used in thisresearch can effectively establish the rat model of obesity.2. Four experimental rats weighing each weekend hypoxic training group were significantly lower than the FLS group with FHS group (P <0.05), there was no significantdifference between the group and the FLS group FHS. FHT group, FLHT group and FHLTgroup weighing less than FLT group test four weekends in obese rats but no significantdifference.3. Experiment four weekend FHT group, weight or FLHT group and FHLT group ratswere significantly higher than the FLS group and FHS group, the FHT group and FHLTgroup was significantly higher than that of group FLT, weight reduction, but the hypoxiatraining group had no significant difference.4. There was no significant difference in the surrounding fat rat experimental groupthan in FHS below FLS group. Each hypoxic training rats perirenal fat, epididymal fat andbody fat were significantly lower than the group with the FHS FLS group (P <0.05), butthe difference between the groups was not significant. Epididymal fat which FHT groupand FLHT group was significantly lower than FLT group.5. In addition to four weeks after experimental myocardial FHLT weight slightlyhigher than the other groups, the values of the other groups are relatively close, and eachrat gastrocnemius hypoxic training group accounted for between body weight weresignificantly higher percentage of FLS and FHS groups. FHT quadriceps obese rats FLTslightly higher percentage of body weight of rats and no significant difference, butsignificantly higher than FHLT group and FLHT groups.6. After four weeks of each experimental hypoxic training group in serum totalcholesterol (TC) content of less than FLS group and FHS group, which in addition to FLTFHT group had significant differences, there was no significant difference among the othergroups groups; serum glycerol three ester (TG) content of each hypoxic training groupwere significantly lower than FLS group and FHS group (P <0.05), but no significantdifference between the groups; FHS group TG levels slightly lower than FLS group, butthe difference was not significant; In addition to low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) levels inrats with FLHT FHT group was significantly lower than that of the outer FLS group (P<0.05), the difference between the groups in the other groups was not significant. But eachhypoxic training group of high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels were significantlyhigher than FLS group and FHS group (P <0.05), in which high-density lipoprotein levelsFHT group FLT group with a significant difference, and FLHT group and values FHLTgroup close to, but not significantly different.7. During the experiment rats around each food group intakes were lower thanhypoxic training FLS group and FHS group, and hypoxic training group food intake wassignificantly lower than FLT group, but among the group of hypoxic training group had nosignificant difference. Which hypoxic training group FHT minimum food intake group, only82.69%FLS group.8. Experiment four weekends, compared with the value before FHT group and FLHTgroup and RMR rats FLHT group with a significant difference (P <0.05), the other groupswere close before RMR experimental level, but no significant difference. Conclusion: In this study, the use of screening methods and high-fat diet fed obeserats can effectively established rat model; magnitude from weight reduction in obese rats, ahigh-living high-training is superior than HiLo LoHi better than low HiLo training;different modes of hypoxic training without adverse effects on rat body fat composition, can to some extent reduce the fat content of obese rats, especially high-fat high-lived effectof training group increased lean body mass in terms of more good; different modes ofhypoxic training obese rats can reduce serum TG, LDL-C levels, improve HDL-C levels, resulting in a positive effect on blood lipids. During the experiment hypoxia resultingobesity intervention decreased food intake in rats and increases resting metabolic rate maybe an important factor leading to body weight in obese rats continued to decline.
