The first achievement of modern mathematics was calculus,and its importance cannot be overstated.After the implementation of the new curriculum reform,a calculus course was added to study part of calculus at the university level in high school.This not only considers the requirements of social development on the mathematics curriculum from the perspective of sustainable development,but also teachers can During the teaching process,the rigorous thinking of students is shaped,a scientific worldview is established,and the world is observed from a changing perspective.The new course standard has higher requirements for the teaching of calculus,which is reflected in the grasp of the concept of derivatives and the application of derivatives.How can mathematical ideas and methods be reasonably penetrated into the application of derivatives? How to implement the four basic four energies and the core literacy of mathematics? This article uses the literature review method,the questionnaire method and the empirical research method,and uses Polya's problem-solving ideas as the guiding core to solve the above problems.The author collects,integrates,and analyzes the existing literature on high school derivative teaching research,and finds that more relevant literature is based on the concept of "derivatives" such as Polya 's problem solving theory,APOS theory,and schema theory."This section of the teaching research,using Polya's problem-solving ideas to explore in depth the application of derivatives is very rare.And how to properly integrate Poria's "how to solve the problem table" in the "derivative application" section,so as to correctly guide students to learn to think is the innovation of this article.The new curriculum standard clearly shows that: learning mathematics,care about training students 'three consciousness,problem awareness,application awareness and innovation awareness,accumulate rich activity experience,and further improve students' ability to solve practical problems."And Polya 's problem solving theory Taking students as the main body,changing the general learning model of passive passive acceptance of new knowledge in the past,and finally reaching the ability to cultivate and develop students' ability to independently analyze,think and solve problems.The results of this research show that classroom teaching research based on Polya 's problem solving theory The following conclusions are obtained:(1)students' problem solving ability and understanding ability have been improved;(2)students' problem solving attitude has been improved;(3)students' mathematical abstraction and mathematical operation literacy have been cultivated.Through research on problem solving methods Let students see the other side of mathematics,that is,"science in the process of discovery."
