| Analytic geometry,as a bridge connecting algebra and geometry,plays an important role in real life and science.The study of conic curve has cultivated students' core literacy in many aspects.The author was based on the theory of SOLO evaluate classification and generalized the understanding of elliptical of high school students from three dimensions.that is definition and standard equation of ellipse,simple geometric properties of ellipse,application of ellipse.The results show that:1.Senior high school students have a relatively high level of understanding of the geometric properties of ellipses,but a significantly low level of understanding of the application of ellipses;In the two dimensions of the simple geometric properties of ellipse and the application of ellipse,the students in grade three have a higher level of understanding than those in grade two.But in the definition and standard equation of ellipse,the opposite is true.2.Through independent sample test,there is no significant difference in the definition of ellipse,standard equation,geometric property and application between male and female.3.Some students aren't familiar enough with the definition of ellipse,can't judge whether the locus of moving point is ellipse flexibly,also they can't discern the relationship between letters 2a and 2? clearly.4.The students are poor in calculation,and they are afraid of difficulties because of their lack of confidence in whether they can do it or not.Most students just blindly apply the formula.5.The students are not proficient in the method of logarithmic combination and can not well realize the conversion of mathematical language and mathematical graphics.According to the results of the study,it gives some practical suggestions onellipse teaching.This study enriches the empirical research of mathematics ellipse learning in senior high school in China,hoping to be beneficial to the first-line teachers' ellipse teaching. |
