Community is an important component of society. As the basic unit of society, only the community of"small harmony"will bring the"great harmony"of the whole society. To establish a"government-led. self-governed, democratically-opened"model of community-based management according to circumstances in cities and towns can promote the building of a harmonious socialist society.In response to these issues, the Garden street community in Jianyang city as the subject, a main research on the innovativeness and exploratory of community-based management in small and medium-sized cities is conducted.
